(A) For whom the truth of suffering arises, for him did the truth of the path arise? For those not yet comprehending, who are being reborn, at the moment of the arising of the mind in the course of existence, for them the truth of suffering arises, but for them the truth of the path did not arise. For those who have comprehended, who are being reborn, at the moment of the arising of the mind in the course of existence, for them the truth of suffering arises and the truth of the path arose. (B) Or for whom the truth of the path arose, for him does the truth of suffering arise? For those who have comprehended, who are passing away, at the moment of the dissolution of the mind in the course of existence, and at the moment of the arising of the path and its fruit in the immaterial realms, for them the truth of the path arose, but for them the truth of suffering does not arise. For those who have comprehended, who are being reborn, at the moment of the arising of the mind in the course of existence, for them the truth of the path arose and the truth of suffering arises. 59. For those not yet comprehending, at the moment of the arising of craving, for them the truth of origin arises, but for them the truth of the path did not arise.
