At the moment of the arising of the highest path, at the moment of the arising of the mind of Arahants, at the moment of the arising of the mind, immediately after which they will attain the highest path, for them the truth of suffering arises, but for them the truth of origin will not arise. For others, when being reborn, at the moment of the arising of the mind in the course of life, for them the truth of suffering arises, and the truth of origin will arise. For all those who are passing away, at the moment of the dissolution of the mind in the course of life, in the formless realms, at the moment of the arising of the path and the fruit, for them the truth of origin will arise, but for them the truth of suffering does not arise. For all those who are being reborn, at the moment of the arising of the mind in the course of life, for them the truth of origin will arise, and the truth of suffering arises. (Ka) For whom the truth of suffering arises, for them the truth of the path Will the truth of suffering arise? At the moment of the highest path's arising, At the moment of Arahants' minds' arising, And for those ordinary people Who will not attain the path, At the moment of their minds' arising In the course of rebirth, For them, the truth of suffering arises, But for them, the truth of the path will not arise. For those whose minds immediately precede The attainment of the highest path, At the moment of that mind's arising, And for those others who will attain the path, At the moment of their minds' arising In the course of rebirth, For them, the truth of suffering arises, And the truth of the path will arise. (B) Or for whom the truth of the path will arise, For them, does the truth of suffering arise? For those whose minds immediately precede The attainment of the highest path, At the moment of that mind's dissolution, And for those others who will attain the path, At the moment of their minds' dissolution In the course of passing away, In the formless realms, At the moment of the path's and fruit's arising, For them, the truth of the path will arise, But for them, the truth of suffering does not arise. For those whose minds immediately precede The attainment of the highest path, At the moment of that mind's arising, And for those others who will attain the path, At the moment of their minds' arising In the course of rebirth, For them, the truth of the path will arise, And the truth of suffering arises. 69. (A) For whom the truth of origin arises, For them, will the truth of the path arise? Those ordinary people who will not attain the path, At the moment of their craving's arising, For them, the truth of origin arises, But for them, the truth of the path will not arise. Those who will attain the path, At the moment of their craving's arising, For them, the truth of origin arises, And the truth of the path will arise. (B) Or for whom the truth of the path will arise, For them, does the truth of origin arise? For those whose minds immediately precede The attainment of the highest path, And those others who will attain the path... For them, at the moment of the cessation of craving, while the mind is dissociated from craving, for those who have attained cessation, for non-percipient beings, for them, the truth of the path will arise, but for them, the truth of origin does not arise. For those being reborn in the four-constituent or five-constituent realms, at the moment of the arising of the mind in the course of existence, for them, there the truth of origin will arise and the truth of suffering arises. (Ka) For whom, where the truth of suffering arises, for him, there will the truth of the path arise? At the moment of the arising of the highest path, at the moment of the arising of the mind of Arahants, for those in the woeful states, and for those ordinary people who will not attain the path, for those being reborn, at the moment of the arising of the mind in the course of existence, for those being reborn as non-percipient beings... For those beings there, the truth of suffering arises, but for them there, the truth of the path will not arise. For those whose mind immediately thereafter will attain the highest path, at the moment of the arising of that mind, and for those others who will attain the path, at the moment of the arising of the mind in the course of their rebirth, for them there, the truth of suffering arises, and the truth of the path will arise. (Kha) Or again, for whom, where the truth of the path will arise, for them there, does the truth of suffering arise? For those whose mind immediately thereafter will attain the highest path, at the moment of the dissolution of that mind, and for those others who will attain the path, at the moment of the dissolution of the mind in the course of their passing away, and in the immaterial realms, at the moment of the arising of the path and its fruit, for them there, the truth of the path will arise, but for them there, the truth of suffering does not arise. For those whose mind immediately thereafter will attain the highest path, at the moment of the arising of that mind, and for those others who will attain the path, at the moment of the arising of the mind in the course of their rebirth, for them there, the truth of the path will arise, and the truth of suffering arises. 72. (Ka) For whom, where the truth of origin arises, for them there, will the truth of the path arise? For those in the lower realms, and for those ordinary people who will not attain the path, at the moment of the arising of their craving, for them there, the truth of origin arises, but for them there, the truth of the path will not arise. For those who will attain the path, at the moment of the arising of their craving, for them there, the truth of origin arises, and the truth of the path will arise. (Kha) Or again, for whom, where the truth of the path will arise, for them there, does the truth of origin arise? For those whose mind immediately thereafter will attain the highest path, and for those others who will attain the path, at the moment of the dissolution of their craving, while the mind is dissociated from craving, for them there, the truth of the path will arise, but for them there, the truth of origin... The untrue arises. For those who will attain the path, at the moment of the arising of their craving, for them there the truth of the path will arise, and the truth of origin arises.
