For those endowed with the highest path, for Arahants, for whom, immediately after that mind, they will attain the highest path, for them the truth of suffering arose, but for them the truth of origin will not arise. For others, for them the truth of suffering arose, and the truth of origin will arise. (Kha) Or again, for whom will the truth of origin arise, for them did the truth of suffering arise? Yes, it did. (Ka) For whom the truth of suffering arose, for them will the truth of the path arise? For those endowed with the highest path, for Arahants, and for ordinary people, who will not attain the path, for them the truth of suffering arose, but for them the truth of the path will not arise. For whom, immediately after that mind, they will attain the highest path, and for others who will attain the path, for them the truth of suffering arose, and the truth of the path will arise. For those endowed with the supreme path, the Arahants, for those whose minds immediately thereafter will attain the supreme path, for non-percipient beings, for them, there, the truth of suffering arose, but for them, there, the truth of origin will not arise. For the others, the four-constituent beings, the five-constituent beings, for them, there, the truth of suffering arose and the truth of origin will arise. (Kha) Or again, for whom, where the truth of origin will arise, for them, there, did the truth of suffering arise? For those reborn into the Pure Abodes, for them, there, the truth of origin will arise, but for them, there, the truth of suffering did not arise. For the others, the four-constituent beings, the five-constituent beings, for them, there, the truth of origin will arise and the truth of suffering arose. For Arahants endowed with the highest path, and for ordinary people who will not attain the path, for those in woeful states, for them there the truth of origin arose, but for them there the truth of the path will not arise. For whom, immediately after that consciousness, the highest path will be attained, and for others who will attain the path, for them there the truth of origin arose, and the truth of the path will arise. (B) Or again, for whom, where the truth of the path will arise, for him there did the truth of origin arise? For those in the Pure Abodes, when the second consciousness is present, for them there the truth of the path will arise, but for them there the truth of origin did not arise. For whom, immediately after that consciousness, the highest path will be attained, and for others who will attain the path, for them there the truth of the path will arise, and the truth of origin arose. (b) Or again, for whom, where the truth of the path will not arise, for him, there did the truth of origin not arise? For those endowed with the highest path, for Arahants, and for those ordinary people who will not attain the path, for those in the lower realms, for them, there the truth of the path will not arise, but for them, there the truth of origin did not arise.
