Perform the longevity ritual. The method of prolonging life: Hūṃ! May all the life essences of the three realms be absorbed into the letter bhrūṃ (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Literal meaning: Seed syllable). May that bhrūṃ dissolve into light, and be absorbed into the vase of life. May the rays of light within the vase be absorbed into the essence of the five elements. May the radiance of the five elements be absorbed into the essence of the five deities. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Svāhā! By the five heroic seed syllables being absorbed into my heart, may the inside of my heart become a palace of light. Samaya tiṣṭha lhan! According to the Tsok offering practice text, Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Āyurjñāna Deva Ḍākinī Mahā Baliṃta Khāhi! Offer. Offer the war god Ma, the eight protectors, and dedicate the torma of the local deities. Then, perform the actual stabilization of life. The object of the stabilization is invited with music to the residence and seated on a throne. When there is no extensive repulsion of obstacles, do not take the secret offering of the repulsion of obstacles of the five families of Kunsang Namgyal (Kunsang Namgyal, refers to a master).
