Twelfth, Nectar Medicine Offering: Blending eight roots and a thousand branches, The supreme nectar substance, primordially pure. Akshobhya Vajra, Venerable Shakya Zangpo, Lhaje Ge-um, Sangye Lhamo, and, Chugom Shigpo, the yogi of the four extremes, Kyawa La, Sonam Senge, Tashi Gyaltsen, and, Lodrö Gyaltsen, Pakchen Norbu Zang, Gyaltsen Zangpo, Do-ngak Chögyen, The feet of Rinchen Dorje, Tashi Gyatso, Kunga Tsemchok, Ngawang Yeshe Drup, Padma Vajra, the one with overwhelming power, The Great Compassionate One, the Six-Syllable Mantra, and, The Holder of Jewels (Norbu Dzin) and the Vidyadhara (Rigdzinma) couple, And the Bhagavan Amitabha (Nangwa Thaye), The Five Buddha Families, Father and Mother, and the Great Compassionate One, Prajnaparamita Mother and the Six Sages (Thubpa Druk), The deities of the Mandala Wheel. The Receiving of Accomplishments: I pray that the Lamas, Yidams, Protectors, etc., Grant the unchanging accomplishments of the Three Secrets, At this very moment, quickly grant to the Vajra brothers and sisters, Unobstructed fulfillment of wishes. ཨོཾ་ཀཱ་ཡ་སིདྡྷི་ཨོཾ། (Sanskrit, Om Kaya Siddhi Om, Om, body accomplishment, Om). ཝཱ་ཀ་སིདྡྷི་ཨཱཿ (Sanskrit, Vaka Siddhi Ah, speech accomplishment, Ah). ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུཾ། (Sanskrit, Citta Siddhi Hum, mind accomplishment, Hum). Thirteenth, Blood Offering: Gathering the essence of earth, water, fire, and wind, merging into the white lotus of space, Condensing into rainbow-like radiance, Is the endless compassion for beings, I offer this non-dual blood offering. ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཝ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ་སྭ་ར་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་མ་ཧཱ་རཀྟ་ཁ་རཾ་ཁཱ་ཧི། (Sanskrit, Om Avalokite Svara Saparivara Maha Rakta Kharam Khahi, Om, the one who sees, sound, retinue, great, blood, devour, eat, indeed). Fourteenth, Torma: Substances made from the five meats and five nectars, Whose essence is the nature of the Five Wisdoms. This great ocean of nectar-like Torma, I offer to the Bhagavan deities and their retinue. ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཝ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་རཾ་ཁཱ་ཧི། (Sanskrit, Om Avalokite Saparivara Maha Balimta Kharam Khahi, Om, the one who sees, retinue, great, offering, devour, eat, indeed). Fifteenth, Praise: Hrīḥ! Noble Avalokiteśvara, Great Compassionate One, The Six-Syllable Mantra, the Mother of the Dharmadhatu of Wisdom, The Holder of Jewels, the manifestation of skillful means, The Vidyadhara is the daughter of wisdom.
