In the very front, the sun and moon rise. Riding a three-legged mule-horse, surrounded by assemblies of Matri and flesh-eaters. In front of the main deity, from kṣaṃ (藏文，kṣaṃ，ksham，seed syllable of Ksitigarbha) arises the Yaksha Kshetrapala, with a dark blue-black body, manifesting the winds of the final age. Opening his mouth and shouting at enemies, brandishing a curved knife in his right hand, and offering a skull cup filled with the heart to the main deity in his left hand. Extremely wrathful and cruel, riding a mad black bear. On the right side of the main deity, on a lotus and corpse seat, from hūṃ (藏文，hūṃ，hum，Hum) arises the powerful Jina Mitra, with a red-black body, violently playing the damaru in his right hand, and holding a skull cup filled with warm blood in his left hand. Behind him, on a lotus and corpse seat, from ṭaṃ (藏文，ṭaṃ，tam，seed syllable of Achala) arises Yama Takkiraja, with a black body, holding a rope in his right hand and a threatening mudra in his left hand. Yama is in an extremely wrathful posture. On the left side of the consort, from hūṃ (藏文，hūṃ，hum，Hum) arises the demon lord Trakshad, with a body as dark as smoky clouds, brandishing a red weapon in his right hand, and holding a skull cup filled with blood at his heart in his left hand. His upper teeth bite down on his lower lip, baring his fangs. Wearing a black silk tunic and Shakti boots, riding a black horse with white hind hooves. All four attendants are fully adorned with wrathful ornaments and attire, each accompanied by hundreds of thousands of attendants. All six, the main deity and attendants, reside within a blazing fire. Outside of that, to the east is Indra, to the southeast is Agni, to the south is Yama, to the southwest is Rakshasa, to the west is Varuna, to the northwest is Vayu, to the north is Yaksha, to the northeast is Ishana, above is Brahma, and below is the earth goddess. All of them are accompanied by assemblies of billions of attendants. Furthermore, there are the eight great gods, the eight great nagas, the eight great planets, the twenty-eight constellations, the nine terrors, the four great kings, and the fifteen demons, protectors of the pure lineage. If you cannot subdue them with pacification, then we beseech you to punish them with fierce subjugation activities such as killing, expelling, separating, petrifying, tormenting, threatening, and intimidating. Lama Gonpo and your retinue, by offering this torma, may the Black One liberate all those who slander the glory of the Three Jewels, denigrate the Mahayana, harm and divide the teachings, curse the body of the lama, and hate the yogi me. Mara ya phat. Samaya. If you want to expand, then recite fierce praises, etc., and the praises and requests of the dakinis, especially the blessed compositions of Khyungs. 颅骨宝幢鲜血淋，身之化现护持佛法，语之化现震动三界，心恒不变利乐有情。顶礼玛吉热玛德！ 具德怙主四方之教敕，如是智慧教敕行使差遣，调伏一切刚强散布种种化身，顶礼赞叹四位行使差遣。 权势阎罗水神夜叉等，火神罗刹风神生灵等，上方梵天大地女神等，顶礼赞叹十方化身护法。 具德怙主七十五尊及，誓盟海众军队等，享用此血肉朵玛，祈愿瑜伽我等眷属之，违逆之缘与障碍遣除，一切所愿皆成就，赐予和合之悉地，成办所托之事业。 如是赞颂。 其后献供食子时，具德怙主玛哈嘎拉等作总供。 常供若未作此亦无违犯之过。 其后诵百字明咒多次，祈请未及之处等宽恕。 祈请您成办有情一切义，如是祈请返回或，若有本尊则作坚住。 其后作祈愿文与吉祥文等，之后进入一座之尾声。 尽摧他化自在诸魔众，地上敌众悉皆令衰败，赐予一切悉地大黑天，上师怙主无别作修持，供养之事广略皆无过，圆满无误具足诀窍此，贡噶宁波远离诸杂染，以无伪利他之心而书写。 如是亦说。 此处甚为简略，于近修及修持之时，后三座不需重新生起，以心间之光芒刹那迎请等圆满而作，穹波之小字中如是说，故当如是行。 如此速作加持之怙主之修法，亦是米旺•衮努南觉之慧眼特为开启者所劝请，嘉钦巴•衮噶宁波于己龄二十三岁水上部之空行会聚之

Bearing a skull banner dripping with fresh blood, The emanation of your body protects the Buddha's teachings, The emanation of your speech shakes the three realms, Your unchanging mind benefits all beings. I prostrate to Machig Remati! The commands of the glorious protector are equal in all four directions, You perform the tasks of wisdom commands, acting as messengers, Subduing all the unruly, you emanate various forms, I prostrate and praise the four working messengers. Powerful Yama, water deity, Yaksha, Fire deity, Rakshasa, wind deity, elemental spirits, Above, Brahma, and the earth goddess, I prostrate and praise the ten emanation protectors of the directions. The glorious protector, seventy-five deities, And the armies of the ocean of oath-bound ones, Please accept this flesh and blood torma, May we yogis and our retinues, Have unfavorable conditions and obstacles removed. May all our wishes be fulfilled, Grant us harmonious siddhis, And accomplish the entrusted tasks. Thus praised. Then, when offering the tsok torma, Generally offer to the glorious protector, Mahakala, etc. Even if this is not done for the regular torma, there is no fault of transgression. Then, recite the hundred-syllable mantra many times, And ask for forgiveness for any deficiencies, etc. Please accomplish all the aims of sentient beings, Thus, request departure, or, If there is a support, perform the stable abiding. Then, make prayers and auspicious wishes as appropriate, And then engage in the activities of the end of the session. Completely destroying all the hordes of others' emanations, On the earth, may the hosts of enemies be utterly defeated, Great Black One, who grants all siddhis, Practicing the guru protector as inseparable, The activity of offering, whether extensive or concise, is without fault, Complete, without error, possessing the essential instructions, This, by Kunga Nyingpo, free from all distractions, Was written with a genuine intention to benefit beings. Thus it was said. Here, it is very concise, and during the approach and accomplishment, for the last three sessions, there is no need to generate anew, It is said in the small script of Khyunga that it is sufficient to do everything from inviting with the light of the heart in an instant.
