I praise the tightly clenched teeth. The tongue that moves like a string of lightning coils. The hair and eyebrows blaze like flames. From the three wide-open eyes that dart with anger, I praise you who radiate the light of the final age. With your four thick, short, and stout hands, the two on the right, You hold weapons that grind down those who break their vows into dust. The first of the two on the left holds a skull cup filled with blood, And the lower one holds a rosary of bones. The vase that grants the four activities is in your left armpit. You, who have the form of a child but with drooping lips, Your two feet move, shaking the three realms. The tiger skin lower garment is splendid. Your body is adorned with bone ornaments, bells, colored threads, And your body is decorated with extremely frightening venomous snakes. You wear a crown of five terrifying dry skulls, And a garland of wet skulls hangs down. From your majestic face comes the laughter of "Haha!" In the midst of the blazing fire of the eon, I praise you who possess many forms. You are the joyous mother who delights the great hero, The maiden, the wrathful mother, the Rakshasi, the Simhalini, Holding terrifying forms of black, green, red, and yellow, I praise the four sisters who wield power over the four activities. I praise those who are extremely fierce and possess splendor. Taking the lives of all who lead astray, with cruel forms, Holding various sharp weapons and being extremely wrathful, With an army of twenty-one thousand six hundred, I praise those who perform the dance of various transformations. Furthermore, the arrogant gods of the world of samsara, Surrounded by their many retinues, Protecting those who keep their vows like children, I praise those who destroy harm-doers and enemies. Moreover, those who are manifestly delighted in white activities, The proud eight classes of great gods, Holding various killing weapons in their hands, To those who subdue the unruly. With the blessings of samadhi, mantras, and mudras, With the boundless outer, inner, and secret offering clouds, If we make offerings to the supreme deities, We pray that you grant all the accomplishments as they are. The black butcher swings his knife around, "Lingse ling!" Many black-skinned people with lassos, "Khrabse khrab!" Many black-skinned people with drums, "Khrikse khrik!" Many black-skinned people with weapons, "Zingse zing!" Those with sharp beaks and claws are all, "Thibse thib!" Many mamos throw zors, "Sharrara!" Many mantra practitioners hold phurbas, "Rongse rong!" Many black armies are close, "Nyerere!" We urge and call upon the hosts of Mahakala. Oaths praised by the Victorious One, act on the work, Bhayo! Adornments of fierce conduct, act on the work, Bhayo! Curses, evil mantras, weapons... Words, the breath of poison... The great elephant of the Tirthika reeds... Rakshasa messengers, field protectors... Enemies, obstructors, executioners, blood drinkers... Black Dharma-protecting protectors... Miserly butchers, blood drinkers... Oath-eating executioners, black ones... Evil-doing, fierce, blood drinkers... Black yogini enemy goddesses... The hosts of a thousand black ones... The hosts of a million mamos... The hosts of demons and rakshasas... Twenty-one karma butchers, act on the work, Bhayo! Strike, burn, cook, and devour this oath-breaker, sinner, who hates me. Subdue, seize, bind, and firmly restrain. Since there is no time to spare between years and months, Seize, restrain, bind, and completely destroy. Do not delay even a day or a meal, quickly liberate. Split, expel, suppress, and make them faint. Subdue, strike, stiffen, and completely shatter. Entrust your body, speech, and mind, and do not be distracted. Kill, cut, and quickly sever the life force. Make sure that enemies and obstructors are not even a speck of dust. Devour great flesh and drink blood with a gulp. Quickly liberate without delay, chop and devour. Accomplish the tasks entrusted, Samaya. All the blood-drinking kings and their retinues, When you rely on them, the Dharma protectors are not far away. Do not abandon the general enemies of the teachings. When you call upon them, the protectors are not deaf. Do not abandon the enemies of the guru's body. When you pray to them, the protectors do not close their eyes. Do not abandon this sound of Dharma. When you curse, may the power of the oath-bound ones not diminish. Do not abandon this enemy of yoga. In short, we, the vidyadharas and yogis, Even though we urge you again and again, it is still necessary.

None. This sinner who has completed the ten fields of deliverance, The time has come to swiftly deliver him without hindrance. This urging is done by everyone standing up at this time. Then, sit on the cushion and recite the long mantra as appropriate. Ninth, the supplication: Hum, I invoke the name of the Protector, the glorious Black Cloak, The supreme guardian of the Victorious One's teachings, the embodiment of the command, The one who cuts off wickedness, with great power and strength, The hero who subdues demons, please consider me. This vast ocean of torma offerings with desirable qualities, And this offering of various foods and enjoyments, I offer to the mouth of the glorious Great Black Cloak. Please accept this offering torma with joy, And remember the powerful vows of the past, Pacify all the unfavorable and harmful conditions Of us yogis and our retinues, And grant that all our desired aims be accomplished. Offer medicinal wine and rakta to the torma. Pour the first torma with various kinds of food, gradually to the east, And recite the torma mantra forcefully three times. Finally: Ho! Glorious Protector Black Cloak, physician of the three poisons, The life force of all vidyadharas, the enemy deity of yogis, The lord who subdues demons, The executioner of oath-breakers, The slayer of those who break their vows, The hero who subdues enemies and obstructors, The great master of the protectors of the teachings. I offer to the mouths of the countless and inexpressible retinue of messengers, workers, and servants. I beseech! I offer! I invite! Please accept this supreme offering. Please accept this burning nectar of samaya substances, And pacify all the illnesses and harms of us, the teachers, disciples, patrons, and retinues. Please increase all our life, merit, and wealth. Please subdue all beings, human and non-human. Please reduce to dust all that obstructs. Protect the teachings of the Buddha! Praise the power of the Three Jewels! Raise the victory banner of the indestructible Dharma! Accomplish all intentions. Fulfill all hopes. May your fame spread in all directions. Especially today, we request the manifestation of fierce activity, For these enemies and obstructors, heretics and sorcerers who hate the teachings, In an instant, through killing, expelling, separating, stiffening, or binding.
