If you are willing to do it, gather your thoughts, give appearances, constantly confess, bless the three places, take vows, generate inner bodhicitta, establish samaya, etc., should also be done. I take refuge in the Three Jewels. I confess all sins individually. I rejoice in the virtue of beings. I hold the Buddhas' enlightenment in mind. In the supreme Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, I take refuge until enlightenment. In order to accomplish the benefit of myself and others, I generate the mind of enlightenment. Having generated the supreme mind of enlightenment, I cherish all sentient beings as my guests. I will practice the supreme and desirable conduct of enlightenment. May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings. Recite this three times. Inseparably from the front-generation Jetsunma, purify yourself, and think of yourself as being generated as Jetsunma. Oṃ svabhāvaśuddhaḥ sarvadharmāḥ svabhāvaśuddho'ham. From the state of emptiness, on top of a lotus and moon seat, oneself is Jetsunma White Tara. From "oneself" to "the fifth one surrounded by red and black rays," clarify the complete realization as in the self-generation ritual. Focusing on the front generation, make your own supplication: The essence of all Buddhas of the three times, the precious Lama, please dispel all fears of death, whether timely or untimely, for us. Please bestow the blessings and subsequent permission of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of Jetsunma Tara. Recite this three times. As you make this supplication, light radiates from the heart of yourself and the front generation, arousing the mind-streams of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. Invite the wheel of non-dual wisdom of those beings, along with the syllables. They come like a blizzard of snow falling from the sky. They dissolve into your own heart chakra and syllables. Also, from the heart of the front generation, countless wheels and syllables come forth, dissolving into yourself. By receiving the blessings of all the Buddhas, especially Jetsunma Tara, the heart chakra and syllables fill the entire light body. All sins and obscurations are purified. All obstacles, such as timely and untimely death, are dispelled. Oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā. Āveśaya ā.

Āḥ, repeat three times. Perform incense offering and music, and it is important to clearly visualize the above. Place the vajra on the crown of the head and recite "Tiṣṭha Vajra," thinking it is stable. From the heart of the Front-Generated Tara, the Savioress from the Eight Fears, invite the deities of the five empowerment families, the four mothers, the eight bodhisattvas, the ten wrathful deities, and the six goddesses into the sky. Make the Vajra Gathering Mudra and recite: "Vajra Samajaḥ Pañca Kula Saparivara Argham Pratīccha Svāhā. Pātyam Pratīccha Svāhā. Om Vajra Puṣpe Āḥ Hūṃ. Om Vajra Dhūpe Āḥ Hūṃ. Om Vajra Āloke Āḥ Hūṃ. Om Vajra Gandhe Āḥ Hūṃ. Om Vajra Neye Vete Āḥ Hūṃ. Om Vajra Śapta Āḥ Hūṃ." "Just as the Buddhas and their heirs received the supreme empowerment in the past, for the sake of protecting me, may the Buddhas now grant me the vajra empowerment." Recite this three times, making this supplication. The empowerment deities, holding precious vases filled with nectar and bodhicitta, at the crown of the head, recite: "Just as at the time of birth, the gods bathed the Tathagata, so too, with divine pure water, I now bestow empowerment upon you. Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha. Om Sarva Tathagata Abhiṣeka Ta Samaya Śrīye Hūṃ." And with the water from the vase, bestow the empowerment, filling all the channels of great bliss at the crown of the head, purifying the obscurations of the body, transforming the body into a vajra body, receiving the first empowerment, the vase empowerment, having the ability to practice the generation stage, manifesting the auspicious connection for achieving the Nirmanakaya. Again, the empowerment deities, at the throat, recite the words from "Just as at the time of birth" up to "So too, I bestow empowerment upon you," and "Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha. Om Sarva Tathagata Guhye Abhiṣeta Samaya Śrīye Hūṃ." And bestow the empowerment, purifying the obscurations of speech, transforming speech into vajra speech, receiving the second empowerment, the secret empowerment, having the ability to practice the channels, winds, and bindus, manifesting the auspicious connection for achieving the Sambhogakaya. Again, the empowerment deities, at the heart, recite "Just as at the time of birth," etc., until "So too, I bestow empowerment upon you. Om Tare" and "Om Sarva Tathagata Prajñājñāna Abhiṣeka Ta Samaya Śrīye Hūṃ," and with the water from the vase, bestow the empowerment, at the heart.

The wheel of Dharma is filled with flames, the obscurations of the mind are cleared, and the mind becomes vajra. Obtain the third empowerment, the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge. Have the power to meditate on skillful means, wisdom, and compassion. Manifest the auspicious connection for accomplishing the Dharmakaya. Again, at the navel of those empowerment deities, just like at the moment of birth. And so on. Om tare tuttare ture svaha. (Tibetan:, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal Chinese meaning:) Om sarva tathagata catur abhisekata samaya shri ye hum. (Tibetan:, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal Chinese meaning:) Thus speaking and bestowing empowerment. The wheel of manifestation at the navel is filled with flames. All the obscurations of body, speech, and mind, together with their habitual tendencies, are cleared. The three vajras of body, speech, and mind become inseparable. Obtain the fourth empowerment, the precious word empowerment. Have the power to meditate on the inseparability of awareness and emptiness. Manifest the auspicious connection for accomplishing the Svabhavikakaya. Thus, the stream of empowerment water fills the entire body, inside and out, from the soles of the feet upwards, so that the four activities are accomplished without obstruction. Obtain the lineage of immortal life. From the swirling water at the bottom, a crown adorned with the form of Amitabha's nirmanakaya is formed. Thinking that those empowerment deities are offering to oneself, offer from Om Vajrapushpe Ah Hum to Shapta. This is the subsequent permission of the body. The subsequent permission of speech is: From the ten syllables in the heart of the front generation and the lama, who are inseparable, a mantra garland appears like two broken butter lamps. It comes out of the mouth, enters one's own mouth, and dissolves into the individual syllables in the heart. Om tare tuttare ture svaha. In the repetition of this, the subsequent permission letters of the glorious lama Sonam Gyaltsenpa, and also the letters of Chennga Rinpoche Chokyi Drakpa, both should be recited one hundred and eight times, he said. In this very text, it also says that the repetition of the ten syllables, one hundred and eight times, etc., should be done according to the occasion, just as it agrees. Recite one hundred and eight times. With the palms joined together, holding flowers in the palms, "Bhagavan, please grant me, Bhagavan, please bless me." Thus, pray three times. Thinking that the lama and Jetsunma are inseparable, place the flower on the crown of the head. In reality, it is placed on one's own crown. "Bhagavan, please grant this, Bhagavan, please bless this." Repeat three times.

Please grant the accomplishment of the mantra. Through the blessings of the venerable Tara, please guide us to the realm of the Dakinis. Please accomplish the activities completely. This is the oral transmission of permission. All the deities of the empowerment dissolve into oneself, and one's own body becomes the deity's form, appearing but without inherent existence. Placing Payunji in its original position is the realization of the Coemergent Great Seal. This is the mind transmission of permission. Although it is said that the permission of the four activities can also be done, it is not written here because there is no reliable documentary basis. Thinking of vowing to protect the vows and precepts, etc., the common and special precepts and vows, how did the main deity instruct? All of these I will do. Recite three times.
