Pratīccha pūjā megha samudra spharaṇa samaye āḥ hūṃ. (Tibetan: པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་ཏྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་, Devanagari: प्रतीच्छ पूजा मेघ समुद्र स्फरण समय, Romanized Sanskrit: pratīccha pūjā megha samudra spharaṇa samaye, Literal Chinese meaning: Receive, offering, cloud, ocean, pervading, time) Thus, the beginning and end are the same. In the place of offering, as many foot-washing waters as there are, as many flowers as there are, as many incenses as there are, as many lights as there are, as many perfumes as there are, as many foods as there are, as many musical instruments as there are, I respectfully arrange them, offering them to the assembly of deities of the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, and to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, granting longevity and wisdom accomplishments. In the place of argham, pātyeṃ, puṣpe, dhūpe, āloke, gandhe, nyevede, śapta pratīccha pūjā megha samudra spharaṇa samaye āḥ hūṃ. (Tibetan: པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་ཏྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་, Devanagari: प्रतीच्छ पूजा मेघ समुद्र स्फरण समय, Romanized Sanskrit: pratīccha pūjā megha samudra spharaṇa samaye, Literal Chinese meaning: Receive, offering, cloud, ocean, pervading, time) O Tārā who liberates from samsara, Tuttāre liberates from the eight fears. From these and so on, all supreme and common accomplishments, please grant them to me without exception. If summarized, praised with one verse by the crest jewels of gods and non-gods, and so on. The protection cord is spread to the public, or held by the teacher. From the syllables at the heart of the self-generation deity, a mantra garland arises in the form of white light. Twisting around the protection cord, it strikes the heart of the vase-generation deity, thus stimulating its mind-stream. From all parts of the body, the nectar of immortal life descends, filling the vase. To all who are worthy of praise, in all forms of bowing down, as many as the dust particles of all fields, I praise with supreme faith. Pour the vase of the conch dharma, the deities dissolve into light, transforming into the water of the vase. This vase practice can also be done on other occasions. Drinking the vase water and bathing with it has immeasurable benefits. Thus it is recorded in the text.
