I have completely severed (samsara). The sun of the Lord of Death is reduced to powder. I have dispelled the darkness of ignorance. I place the disbelievers and outsiders, as well as those with inverted views, in the correct view and convert them to faith. I turn back the river of karma. I dry up the ocean of existence. I light the lamp of Dharma. I show the path of enlightenment. I place them in patience and faith. I greatly bestow the bliss of meditation. I pacify the fire of desire. I destroy the sharp weapon of hatred. I place them in truth. I pacify the whirlwind of jealousy. I untie the knot of miserliness. I pacify all suffering. I enter and dwell in the city of fearlessness and great bliss. Therefore, I pray that you grant me the supreme siddhi of accomplishment of action. Thus I pray, and when saying "Please accomplish," all the assembly should also say so and scatter flowers. This is the third completion. When inviting the Wisdom Being, recite the three shlokas beginning with "All sentient beings," and the one shloka saying, "The nature of all beings is manifestly revealed. Worshipped by the unbearable armies of demons, the self-born, infinite nature of beings. The essence of sentient beings becomes one, please come here!" Either one of these can be chosen. If the consecration days are not consecutive, then on the preliminary day recite "All sentient beings," etc., and on the main day recite "The nature of all beings," etc. After dispelling the subsequent obstacles, if extensive offerings are made to the Wisdom Being, then recite: JAḤ HŪṂ VAṂ HOḤ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) BHAGAVĀN EH YE HI MAHĀ KĀRUṆIKA DRIŚYA HO. SAMAYA STAṂ. SAMAYA HOḤ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) Blessed One, it is good that you have come with compassion. We are fortunate and possess merit. Please accept my offerings, and keep us in your mind and grant us your blessings. Sugata, Blessed One, please come here, please abide here. Please accept my offerings, please abide here in this very place. OṂ SARVA TATHĀGATA GAGANA SAMAYA HŪṂ SVĀHĀ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) Offer the offerings.
