It is merely mental speculation, not touching even a particle of the nature of things. Therefore, this direct instruction of awareness is extremely secret. The appendix of the King of Tantras, "Adorned with Jewels," the heart essence of the King of Secret Instructions, "The Conch Script," is complete. Vimala translated it into self-arising speech. Iti. Gya. Regarding the four instructions on the essence of the Introductory Adornment Tantra, it is extremely important to first distinguish between samsara and nirvana in terms of physical and verbal conduct, as one wishes to practice the nature of awareness through the introduction of the three key points. Furthermore, since the lamp appears from the eye, the key point of wisdom is important; since light appears in the sky, the key point of the place is that the sky is extremely profound, and it is important that it is cloudless; since one's own eyes see awareness like a thread, if the eyes are uncomfortable, the method of healing is extremely profound; this is the instruction for balancing the elements. Furthermore, if one feels that the eyes are uncomfortable, hot, or tearing, cover the head with a cloth, close the eyes tightly for a moment. Then rise slightly, slowly open the eyes and look to the right for a moment. Then slowly look to the left for a moment. Then look up. Then look down for a moment, and then stare intently at the earth, a stone, a tree, or something with a mark for a moment, so that the elements of the body will not be disturbed. Then again, slowly look with the gaze of a lion. This is a profound instruction for preventing the elements from being disturbed. In this way, by integrating the three key points, there is no doubt that the appearance of the three kayas will arise on the path. The rest is the dharma of what is to be known. The appendix on the Introductory Adornment Tantra, the heart essence of the King of Secret Instructions, "The Conch Script," is complete. Iti. Gya. The essence instruction of the All-Good Longchen Nyingtik is shown as two; among those instructions, from the instruction of seeing self-appearance clearly, the instruction of the three key points of the body is the dharma for making awareness manifest; this also has two parts: preliminary and main. The preliminary is abandoning the activities of body, speech, and mind. The main part is the three postures. Before these, the instruction on the conduct of distinguishing between samsara and nirvana is very important. Then, awareness is made manifest by the instruction of uniting the three key points.
