Moreover, having trained in the appearances of the three kayas, there is no turning back. Then, awareness is first directed towards the object, which is the guru's instruction. By directing it in this way, there is no doubt that phenomena such as the increasing of experience will arise. This secret instruction is extremely profound, so do not speak even a word of it to others. By practicing in this way, signs of body, speech, and mind will definitely come. This is to make a person believe, and there is no need for the actual practice. Moreover, if practiced in this way, all these signs will not come, it is impossible. This is called the sign text, and it will definitely come like the example. This kind of appearance is the degree of habituation.
