བཞིར་གོམ་པ་བདུན་བདུན་འདོར་བའི་ཤུལ་ན་ས་ལྷས་ཕུལ་བའི་པརློའི་གེ་སར་ཡང་ལྷམ་མེར་གསལ་ལོ་ཞེས་གྲགས་སོ། །གང་གི་ཚ་ལུསྦིའི་ཚལ་དུ་མེ་ཏོག་རྣམས་རང་ཁ་བྱེ། གཅུང་དགའ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཤཱཀྱ་གཞོན་ནུ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་དང་། སྔགས་ལྡན་ལ་སོགས་པ་བཞོན་པའི་མཆོག་ལྔ་བརྒྱའང་བཙས། ས་ཆེན་པོ་འདི་རབ་ཏུ་གཡོས་ཤིང་འོད་ཟེར་གྱི་སྣང་བ་ཆེན་པོས་ཁྱབ་པས། ཁམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་ཕྲན་བཞི་པོ་དག་རང་རང་ལ་བུ་བཙས་པའི་རྟགས་སུ་རློམ་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་ཀུན་གྱི་བཤེས་གཉེན་དང་། སྲིན་བུ་གོ་ཆ་ལ་སོགས་པར་ཡི་གེ་དང་། རྩིས་དང་། ཞང་པོ་བཟང་ལེན་ལས་གླང་པོའི་གཉར་ཞོན་པ་སོགས་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་གྱི་གནས་མང་པོ་ལ་མཐའ་གཏུགས་པའི་ཉམས་འོག་ཏུ་ཆུད་པར་མཛད་12ཅིང་ཕོ་བྲང་དུ་བཞུགས་སོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་ཡབ་ཀྱིས་ལག་ན་བེ་ཅོན་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཤཱཀྱའི་རིགས་གསུམ་གྱི་བུ་མོ་བཙུན་མོར་བྱིན་ཞེས་བསྒོ་བ་ལ། ལྷ་བདག་ཅག་གི་རིགས་ནི་གྱད་ཀྱི་འཛིན་སྟངས་ཤེས་པ་ལ་ཡིན་གྱི་གཞན་དུ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེར་ཡང་ངོ་གནག་པར་གྱུར་པ་ལ་གཞོན་ནུས་སྨྲས་པ། འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་ན་འཕོང་དང་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་གྱི་གནས་ལ་བདག་ལ་འགྲན་པར་སྤོབས་པ་འགའ་ཡང་མེད་དོ། ཞེས་རྗོ་ཐོགས་ཞལ་གྱིས་འཆེས་ནས་ཤཱཀྱ་གཏུམ་པོ་གཟུ་ལུམ་ཅན་དག་དང་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་འགྲན་པར་དྲིལ་སྒྲགས་ནས་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་གྱི་ཕྱི་རོལ་ཏུ་ཆས་སོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་ཡངས་པ་ཅན་ནས་གཞོན་ནུ་ལ་འབུལ་དུ་ལྷགས་པའི་གླང་པོ་ཆེར་ལྷ་བྱིན་ཤིན་ཏུའང་ཕྲག་དོག་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་ཐལ་མོ་བསྣུན་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་མཐུས་གསད་དོ། །དེ་གཅུང་དགའ་པོས་སྒོ་ཁང་ནས་ཕྱིར་རོལ་དུ་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་བོར་རོ། །གཉིས་ཀའི་མཐུ་སད་ཕྱིར་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་པ་ཤིང་རྟ་ལས་མ་བབས་བཞིན་དུ་ཞབས་ཀྱིས་མཐེ་བོས་མཇུག་མ་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ་རབ་བདུན་འདས་པའི་ལྗོངས་སུ་དོར་བ་ལ་ལྷས་བསྟོད་ཅིང་བསྔགས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་ཏ་ལའི་ལྗོན་པ་དང་། ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ཕ་གུ་དང་། སླ་ང་རྣམས་བདུན་བདུན་དུ་བརྩེགས་པ་ལ་ཉག་ཕྲན་གྱི་སྦྱོར་བས་གཅོད་ཚབས་འགྲན་པ་ལ་ཞུགས་པ་ན། ལྷས་བྱིན་གྱིས་ནི་གསུམ། གཅུང་དགའ་བོས་ལྔ། གཞོན་ནུས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་ཕྱིར་ཐལ་བའི་ས་ནས་མདའ་ཆུ་ཁྲོན་པ་སྐྱེས་བྱ་བ་ཡན་13༄༅། །ལག་བརྒྱད་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ཆུ་མིག་ཀྱང་བྱུང་ངོ་། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ལང་ཚོའི་སྟོབས་ཀྱི་སྒྱེལ་འགྲན་པ་དང་། གླང་པོའི་གཉར་ཤོན་པ་དང་། ཆུ་ཀླུང་ཆེན་པོར་ངང་པ་ལྟར་གཤེགས་པ་ལ་སོགས་སྒྱུ་རྩལ་བཞིའི་གནས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་གྱད་ཀྱི་འཛིན་སྟངས་ལ་སུས་ཀྱང་སྤོབས་པར་མ

据说，在他走过七步的地方，地神供奉的莲花也清晰可见。他的姨母园里的花朵自然绽放。弟弟难陀等五百释迦族的年轻人，以及善调等五百骑术高手也诞生了。这片大地剧烈震动，光芒四射，四大边境小国的国王都自认为这是自己生子的征兆。之后，他向一切的良师益友，以及蚊帐铠甲等学习文字、算术，并向叔父善调学习骑象等多种技艺，最终精通所有技艺，住在王宫里。当时，他的父亲下令说，要将手持棍棒等三种释迦族姓氏的女子赐予他为妃子。诸神说，我们种族只懂得角力，其他一概不知。即便如此，当他脸色阴沉时，年轻人说道：在三界之内，没有人能在力量和技艺上与我匹敌。他发誓后，宣布要与释迦族那些粗暴无礼的人比试技艺，然后前往城外。当时，鸯伽国送给年轻人的大象，提婆达多因嫉妒而只用拍手就将其杀死了。难陀用力量将它从门外扔了出去。为了展现两人的力量，菩萨在没有下车的情况下，用脚拇指抓住象尾，将其扔到七个世界之外的地方，诸神都赞叹不已。之后，他们开始比赛砍伐七棵多罗树、铁人和陶罐，提婆达多砍倒了三棵，难陀砍倒了五棵，年轻人超越了所有人，从他射箭的地方涌出了一口名叫“水泉生”的泉水，还出现了一口有八个出水口的泉眼。同样地，在比试青春的力量、骑象、像天鹅一样在江河中穿梭等所有四种技艺上，也没有人能在菩萨的力量面前自夸。

It is said that the lotuses offered by the earth gods were clearly visible in the places where he took seven steps. The flowers in his aunt's garden bloomed naturally. Five hundred young men of the Shakya clan, including Nanda, and five hundred excellent riders, including Good Taming, were also born. This great earth shook violently and was filled with great light, so the four border kingdoms each claimed it as a sign of their own son's birth. Then, he learned letters, arithmetic, and riding elephants from his uncle Good Taming, as well as many other arts, from all his good friends and mentors, including Mosquito Net Armor, and finally mastered all the arts and resided in the palace. At that time, his father ordered that daughters from the three Shakya clans, who held clubs and other weapons, be given to him as consorts. The gods said, "Our clan only knows wrestling, nothing else." Even so, when he looked somber, the young man said, "In the three realms, there is no one who dares to compete with me in strength and skill." After vowing, he announced that he would compete in skills with those rude and violent Shakyas, and then went outside the city. At that time, the elephant that the kingdom of Anga sent to the young man was killed by Devadatta with just a clap of his hands, out of extreme jealousy. Nanda threw it out of the gate with his strength. To demonstrate the power of both of them, the Bodhisattva, without getting out of the chariot, grabbed the elephant's tail with his toe and threw it to a place seven worlds away, and the gods praised him greatly. After that, they began to compete in cutting down seven tala trees, iron men, and pottery pots. Devadatta cut down three, Nanda cut down five, and the young man surpassed everyone. From the place where he shot the arrow, a spring called "Water Spring Born" emerged, and a spring with eight outlets also appeared. Similarly, in all four skills—competing in youthful strength, riding elephants, and crossing great rivers like swans—no one could boast in the face of the Bodhisattva's strength.
