Fourteen. The Twenty-five Chapters of the Skull-Staff Mother Tantra, the Mistress of Dharma, Ralchikma. It was finalized by the Indian master Danaśīla and the Tibetan master, the monk Yangter. In general, this is a category of tantras, or at the end of a gathering that can amount to four hundred Dharma titles. The realization narrative of the precious Garland of Tantras is adorned with ornaments that spread throughout Jambudvīpa. The essence of the ocean of scriptures well-spoken by the Thus-Gone One, the treasure of the Vidyādharas, or in the realization narrative of the precious Garland of Early Translation Tantras, which is called "Adornment Spreading Throughout Jambudvīpa," the detailed explanation of the Dharma catalog, this is the eighth chapter. The ninth general meaning is dedicating for the purpose of making effort meaningful, in three parts: general explanation of the classification, specific explanation of the nature, and the dedication appropriate to the occasion. The first also has three parts: definition, meaning of the word, and purpose. First, with or without outflows, that is, the root of virtue that encompasses the two truths, manifestly accumulating all that is done, is the ultimate perfection of the means of completely transforming it into the path of unsurpassed great enlightenment. For example, the substance of gold is inherently precious in nature. If it is not made into a support for body, speech, and mind through the work of a craftsman, it will not become a field of supreme merit. As it is said in the Ornament for Clear Realization: "Dedication is particularly special; its action is supreme." Second, in Sanskrit, it is "Pariṇata," which means to completely transform or increase. That is, to transform all roots of virtue into the path of great enlightenment through skillful means, or to make it have the power not to be wasted in the intermediate state between the two. In order to distinguish it from other terms, it is translated as "dedication." Third, increasing all roots of virtue through dedication is a unique and unsurpassed Dharma of Buddhists, not known to the doctrines of non-Buddhists and other treatises. As it is also said in the "Praise of Excellence": Merit
