Please grant (it to me). This is said three times. The Guru says: This mandala of the essence of the Blessed One is the arising of the precious mind of enlightenment. Having drawn it forth from the realm of samsara, and having generated it as a son of the Sugata, in order to ripen the supreme fruit, I shall cause my disciple to dwell here. Thus he speaks, and by empowering with the vases of the center, east, south, west, and north in sequence, with the water of non-dual bodhicitta, may the obscuration of delusion be purified. Anger (may the obscuration be purified). Attachment (may the obscuration be purified). Pride (may the obscuration be purified). May the obscuration of jealousy be purified. Thus he speaks. He places it on the head and performs the bathing. Then, holding the garland of flowers, he covers the face, From countless previous lifetimes, the deity propitiated by virtuous deeds, whichever is the supreme deity, may it now descend!
