I am the glorious Karma-Holder, the wheel of action (is well-revolved), with the Karma Blood-Drinker retinue, as you (command), please (come according to your samaya), if you do not (come according to your samaya), if you do not grant (supreme accomplishment), then there will be (contradiction with body, speech, and mind), please consider (the supreme samaya), grant the accomplishment of action. Thus it is said. In order to become a vessel suitable for accomplishment, the boundless sky pervades the realm of dharma, possessing an unattached eye, clear wisdom without obscuration, please grant all accomplishments from everywhere. The vajra essence is also complete. The number of recitations is also complete. This is the time to grant accomplishment. For the sake of many sentient beings.

To the suffering tormented by the disease of attachment, Demons and Rakshasas suddenly arise with hatred, If they interrupt the illusory body, life, and lifespan, Because the wrathful king subdues them with power, The supreme path of miraculous power, accomplishment... Having rained down the nectar rain of the ocean of scriptures, To those who are obscured by the stains of habitual defects, If there is no wisdom of knowing and understanding, Please grant the accomplishment of unobstructed knowledge...
