I, by offering five Duruskas, may the senses be satisfied and become auspicious. In accordance with this, by bestowing empowerment with five kinds of incense, may it become auspicious in the sense of satisfying the senses. The supreme incense that satisfies the senses, offering to the Sugatas of the three times, may all beings have all their senses satisfied, and may they possess a fragrant and noble body. Fragrant and redolent, qualities perfectly complete, clouds of offerings piled up in the sky, this is the all-pervading sacred incense. This is the thirty-eighth chapter, the auspicious chapter of empowerment that satisfies the senses.

以五种谷物加持，愿饥荒之苦得以平息，吉祥如意！珍贵谷物乃众生之命脉。愿从一切饥荒之苦中解脱，布施与受用恒常增长，并拥有食物等无尽宝藏。愿具足受用之众，财富圆满充盈，无论何人，皆能如愿以偿，宝藏涌现。愿圆满具足，善妙或谷物滋生。此乃具足受用加持之吉祥篇章，第四十一章。

May the suffering of famine be pacified and may there be auspiciousness through the empowerment of the five kinds of grains! Precious and supreme grains are the sustenance of beings. May there be liberation from all the suffering of famine, may giving and enjoyment always increase, and may there be an inexhaustible treasury of food and so forth. May all beings be filled with abundant resources and wealth, and may treasures arise from whatever anyone desires. May there be perfect abundance, virtue, or the growth of grains. This is the auspicious chapter on the empowerment of possessing enjoyment, the forty-first.

加持力故，龙之愚昧皆令悟，药王愿能除一切病。具足理智菩萨众，满足众生愿顶上珍宝，以方便成办事业威力大之龙，此乃遣除疾病之灌顶吉祥品，第四十四品。

By the power of blessing, may the ignorance of all nagas be understood. May the supreme medicine eliminate all diseases. Bodhisattvas endowed with reason, fulfilling the hopes of beings, the supreme jewel on the crown. Nagas who accomplish deeds through skillful means and possess great power, this is the auspicious chapter of empowerment for dispelling diseases, the forty-fourth chapter.
