The king of nagas bathed with ambrosial water, in order to repay the kindness of the Bhagavan, and for the sake of completely purifying the defilements of habitual tendencies. May the defilements of the faults of habitual tendencies be purified! A lineage of Bodhisattvas endowed with all qualities, the supreme of fulfilling the aspirations of remembering the Bhagavan, washing away all defilements, perfecting all goodness. This is the sixth auspiciousness of the empowerment of longevity.

Having cut off the causes of ignorance and afflictions, in order to establish oneself in the state of unsurpassed enlightenment, may it cut off the net of obscurations of afflictions! Having completely vanquished all the enemies of afflictions, realizing the meaning of happiness, abide in the solitary forest. This is the auspicious chapter fourteen of the empowerment of discipline, in which one's own benefit is spontaneously accomplished and the benefit of others is brought to completion.

The stream of amrita water is the supreme nourishment for beings. It eliminates the great disease of afflictions and suffering. The supreme amrita water purifies ignorance, may you obtain a pure body free from birth and death. The ornament of the vase is the wish-fulfilling tree. By pouring out the empowerment vase completely, please grant this sacred amrita. This is the chapter on the empowerment of the amrita water stream, the twenty-sixth. Here, the vase empowerment of Kriya is performed, and because the substance empowerment Kriya and Upaya are united, the vase of Upaya is also performed. Once, when the Blessed One was dwelling on the summit of Mount Meru, Indra, the lord of the gods, offered a fine silk sieve with food in order to request the Dharma, and thus he was endowed with the blessing of proclaiming the great Dharma. In accordance with this, may you be empowered by this substance, so that you may obtain the empowerment of proclaiming the great sound of the Dharma. May you possess the great kingdom of the Dharma, illuminate all the darkness of ignorance, and for the sake of liberating all the wisdom of Indra, may you understand and proclaim all the Dharmas. A soft and smooth silk sieve, with seven kinds of threads of various colors, is extremely beautiful. A delightful, well-adorned, auspicious substance. This is the chapter on the empowerment of the silk sieve, the twenty-seventh.

Water-born flowers, land-born flowers, and tree-born and forest-born flowers, this supreme fruit of Jambudvipa, falling like a precious garland from the sky. This is the auspicious chapter of the flower bouquet empowerment, the twenty-ninth.
