The outer, inner, secret, and ultimate, The Dharma can be explained in order. Having faith, diligence, and asceticism is a vessel, Having diligence for both oneself and others, Having conduct, knowledge, and equality, The result is heaven and liberation. The path is perfected and the power is perfected, The Vidyadhara and the Sugata. It is necessary to traverse the five paths. Undertaking actions without obtaining empowerment, It is fruitless and will be destroyed. After obtaining empowerment, the son of the Victorious One, Long life, enjoyment, and perfect abundance, Resides as the lord of heaven and liberation. The qualities and distinctions are inconceivable. Confession of faults, roots of virtue dedicated to the benefit of all. The secret of the empowerment is complete.

In between, perform fire offerings. Finally, bring it to the essential point. Confess and dissolve, and subdue obstacles.
