All of these hold a red conch in their left hands, and the consorts such as Tragshashwarika work like the fathers, shaking bells in the field, embracing those who hold the marks. Hung! Whatever appears as unruly and harmful things, Through the power of meditating on the eight subduing fathers and mothers, Those who are harmful will be subdued, May the activity of liberating and empowering be perfectly accomplished! Namo Hung! In the four directions of the final level of the wheel, there is a retinue of great eaters. Om Sarva Tathagata Ruti Maha Shri Heruka... Rutishwarika... In the east is Ruti Heruka, dark purple, eating a heart with his right hand. Om Sarva Tathagata Rakti Maha Shri Heruka... Raktishwarika Mum... In the south is Rakti Heruka, yellow-black, eating entrails with his right hand. Om Sarva Tathagata Khahi Maha Shri Heruka... Khahishwarika... In the west is Khahi Heruka, red-black, sucking neck blood with his right hand. Om Sarva Tathagata Saha Maha Shri Heruka... Sahashwarika Mum... In the north is Saha Heruka, green-black, eating limbs with his right hand. All of these hold a red conch in their left hands, and the consorts such as Rutishwarika shake bells in their right hands and embrace those who hold a kapala in their left hands. All of these deities are endowed with nine burning dances, adorned with charnel ground ornaments, and reveling on their respective seats. Hung! Whatever appears as thoughts of attachment, hatred, and ignorance, Through the power of meditating on the eight eating fathers and mothers, All the fields to be tamed are shown without exception, May the power to act without acceptance or rejection be attained! In the small commentary here, if one follows the table of eight directions and the peaceful manner of the deities of the first and second wheels, then the five families and the heroic consorts are complete, and there will be no deficiency even if one does not meditate separately in the peaceful mandala upstairs.
