Having arisen in this way, please consider it with compassion, bless it, and partake of it. Enjoy it. Take possession of it. Having offered it in this way, may all our inferior offering implements, incomplete causes and conditions, impure speech, unclear samadhi, unrestrained conduct, laziness, and negligence be confessed and repented before you, the oath-bound protectors. Having confessed and repented in this way, may all the diseases, short lives, and mental sufferings of us, the teachers, patrons, and retinues, whether caused by past karma or present circumstances, be purified and cleansed. Furthermore, may all enemies who harbor malice and act harshly, and all harmful obstacles, as well as all bad dreams, bad omens, and bad signs, be averted and pacified. Furthermore, may all bhutas, humans and non-humans, who possess hateful minds, malicious minds, and violent minds, be averted, tamed, pacified, and transformed. If they cannot be tamed by peaceful means, may they be punished with appropriate punishments, expelled and tormented, threatened and subdued. Since there is nothing that does not fall under the dominion of you, the oath-bound and powerful protectors, and nothing that does not belong to your clan, may all of them be pacified and tamed. In short, may all faults and defects be purified and cleansed, and may all good qualities be increased and expanded.
