Make offerings and tormas to it, and practice the mantra for three days, and by this, all actions will be accomplished. Then, Mahakala asked the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, what will accomplish all actions? The Bhagavan looked at the assembly of attendants and said: Subduing the armies of others, And the fearful hosts of lions and tigers, Any powerful spirits, And those with perverse powers, That which makes them fearful, Is this mustard ritual. Om Mahakalaya, Para Sava Para Gana, Bhadha Bhadha, Hatra Chakra, Amuka Na, Bhadha Bhadha, Stambhani Stambhani Hum Hum Phat Svaha. If this ritual is performed on mustard, the army will become stiff. Om Mahakalaya, Sam Gana Dha, Hana Hana, Hum Hum Phat Phat Svaha. With this ritual, the hosts of beasts such as lions will become frightened. Om Mahakalaya, Sarva Buddha Bishima, Preta Ati Gana, Stambhaya Stambhaya, Trasa Trasa, Maraya Maraya, Vidhamsala Vidhamsaya Hum Hum Phat Phat Svaha. With this ritual, the hosts of obstacles will become frightened. Then, also mix black cat feces pills, and human neck muscle, slate fragments, black guggul incense, and graveyard soil, and burn them in front of the sick or possessed person, and holding a curved knife in your hand, generate the pride of being the glorious Mahakala, and with the rays of light from your heart, invoke the glorious Mahakala in front of you, and then, by scattering, invoke the obstacles and absorb them into the sick person. Om Mahakalaya, Amuka Pataya Pataya, Stambhaya Stambhaya, Sarva Buddha Mahakalaya, Aranjaya Hum. With this, consecrate the curved knife and place it on the sick person, and sprinkle mustard and iron filings on the sick person again and again until the sick person cannot speak.
