The Dakinis offered the essence of their lives. Thus they prayed. Then, the Bhagavan spoke: Lord of the retinue, well done, well done! Great Black One, well done, well done! You have the tantra of the Great Black One, which is called the Great Cemetery, I shall explain. Thus spoke the Bhagavan. Then, the glorious Great Black One and the assembly of the retinue prayed: Bhagavan, what is called the Great Black One Tantra? The Bhagavan spoke: Those who hold to the side of the three realms being reversed, demons and heretical Rakshasas, Asuras and Yaksha hosts, those who harm and destroy the doctrine of Shakya Simha, whoever destroys the doctrine, to destroy them, I shall explain these tantric rituals. First is the introduction to the tantra, second is the application of mantras, third is the ritual for gods and humans, fourth is the mandala consecration, fifth is the ritual for children, sixth is the wheel of the gods, seventh is the subjugation ritual, eighth is the fire offering ritual, ninth is the collection of letters, tenth is the vow ritual, know the self through these ten. Thus spoke the Bhagavan. The first chapter, the introduction to the glorious Great Black One Tantra called the Great Cemetery. Then, the glorious Great Black One prayed to the Bhagavan: The meaning of the first tantra, to accomplish with it, various kinds of actions, and to have the means to accomplish with it, how is the accomplishment ritual? The Bhagavan, manifesting as a great terrifying one, spoke: Whoever desires to practice this tantra, cherishes mantras and rituals, I shall definitely explain the rituals of the tantra. Possessing wisdom, possessing faith, content with meaning, through mantras, siddhis will be accomplished. Glorious Black One, supreme among tantras, I shall explain these roots of mantras. Tadyatha. This possesses the root meaning, actions will definitely be accomplished, I shall explain these mantra rituals. ཧ། པ་ཙ་པ་ཙ། དི་ན་མེ་ཀེ་ན་ཧཱུྂ་ཕཊ་སཝཱ་ཧཱ།（藏文） འདི་ནི་ནག་པོ་རྩ་བའི་སྔགས།། 这是黑色的根本咒语。ཆོ གའི་སྔགས་དང་བཅས་པར་བཤད།། 据说包括仪轨的咒语。དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ།། 世尊如是说。དེ་ནས་དཔལ་ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མའི་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་གཟི་བརྗིད་དང་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར་ནས།། 然后，吉祥黑大天与空行母眷属，变得光彩夺目。བཅོམ་ལྡན འདས་ལ་གསོལ་པ།། 向世尊祈请。སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཆོ་གའི་རིམ་པ་རྣམས།། 咒语仪轨的次第。སྒྲུབ་པའི་དོན་དང་ལྡན་པར་ནི།། 为了具有成办的意义。དེ་བཞིན་བདག་ལ་བཤད་དུ་གསོལ། 请为我如是宣说。དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དཔལ་ནག་པོ་དང། 然后，世尊看着吉祥黑天和空行众。མཁའ་འགྲོའི་ཚོགས་ལ གཟིགས་ནས།འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། 如此说道。གང་ཞིག་དཔལ་ལྡན་ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་སྒྲུབ་པར་འདོད་ན། 谁如果想要修持吉祥黑大天。དུར་ཁྲོད་ཆེན་པོའི་གནས་འབྱུང་པོ་དང་རོ་ལངས་འདུ་བའི་གནས་སུ་སོང་ལ།། 就去大尸陀林，鬼怪和僵尸聚集的地方。བདུད་རྩི་རྣམ་པ་ལྔས་ལུས་ བྱུགས་ཏེ།། 用五种甘露涂身。ཨུ་པཀྵའི་མེ་ཏོག་དང།། 乌帕克夏花，དུར་ཁྲོད་སྦྱར་བའི་སྤོས་དང། 尸陀林混合的香，མར་ནག་ཆེན་པོའི་མར་མེ་དང། 大黑油的灯，ཤ་ཆེན་གྱི་ལྷ་བཤོས་དང། 大肉的食子，ཁྲག་གི་ཨརྒྷྂ་དང། 血的阿伽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。དེ་དག་བསམ་གཏན་དང་ལྡན་པའི་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་མཆོད་པར་བྱ སྟེ།用具有三摩地的咒语供养它们。གཙོ་བོ་དང་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མའི་སྔགས་བཟླས་ན་དེ་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་བསྙེན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། 如果念诵主尊和空行母的咒语，那么立刻就能亲近。དེ་ནས་ཐོད་པ་དུམ་བུ་དྲུག་པའི་ནང་དུ། 然后在六块头盖骨的里面。ནིམ་པའི་འོ་མ་དང་སྤྲེའུ་ཤིང་གི་ཁུ་བ་དང། 尼姆的牛奶和猴树的汁液，རྒྱ་སྐྱེགས་ཀྱི་ཁུ་བ་དང། 藏茴香的汁液，དུར་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་ སྣག་ཚ་དང་སྦྱར་ལ་བདག་ཁ་ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་སུ་བལྟས་ལ། 与尸陀林的墨水混合，自身面向南方。འུག་པའི་སྒྲོའི་སྨཡུག་གུས་བསྒྲུབ་བྱའི་གཟུགས་བྲིས་ནས། 用猫头鹰羽毛的笔画出所要诅咒之人的形象。དུར་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་ཐལ་བ་དང། 尸陀林的灰烬，ཆུ་འགྲམ་གྱི་སས་ཐོད་པ་བཀང་ལ། 用河边的土填满头盖骨。སྔགས་འདི་བཟླས་ནས་ཤིང་གཅིག་ གི་རྩར་སྦས་ན་དེ་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་ཁྲག་སྐྱུགས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། 念诵这个咒语后，埋在一棵树的旁边，那么立刻就会吐血。ོྂ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་ཡ། སརྦ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི། བུ་ཀ་ལ་བ། དུ་དྷི་རུ་སི་བ་ཧ་ན་ཧ་ཧཱུྂ་ཕཊ་སཝཱ་ཧཱ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）གང་ཞིག་ཕྱ་ཚང་ཀུ་བའམ། 谁如果做了小屋或者。ས་ཧེའི་རཝ་ལ་བྱས་ཏེ། 萨嘿的拉瓦。བདག་ ལུས་གུར་གུམ་གྱིས་བྱུག་ལ་ཁ་ནུབ་ཏུ་བལྟས་ཏེ། 自身用藏红花涂抹，面向西方。ར་དཀར་མོ་དང་བ་དམར་མོའི་འོ་མ་བདུད་རྩི་དང་སྦྱར་ནས། 将白山羊和红牛的牛奶与甘露混合。དུར་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་རས་ལ་འུག་པའི་སྒྲོའི་སྨཡུག་གུས་སྦྲུལ་མགོ་གསུམ་པ་བྲིས་ལ། 在尸陀林的布上用猫头鹰羽毛的笔画出三个蛇头。སྙིང་གར་ཕུ་བྲི། 在心间写上ཕུ། དཔྲལ་ བར་ཁྂ་བྲིས་ལག་པ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་མཐིལ་དུ་ཧཱུྂ་ཕྱིན་ཕྱོགས་སུ་བྲི། 在额头写上ཁྂ་，在两只手的掌心写上ཧཱུྂ་，反方向写。བྱི་ལ་ནག་པོའི་པགས་པ་ལ་བསྒྲུབ་བྱའི་གཟུགས་དུག་དང་སྐེ་ཚེ་དང་བྱ་རོག་གི་ཁྲག་དང་དུར་ཁྲོད་སྣག་ཚས་བདག་ཁ་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་སུ་བལྟས་ལ་བྱ་རོག་ གི་སྒྲོས་སྨཡུག་གུ་བྱས་ལ་བྲི། 在黑猫的皮上，用毒药、颈部的血、乌鸦的血和尸陀林的墨水，自身面向东方，用乌鸦的羽毛做笔来画出所要诅咒之人的形象。བསྒྲུབ་བྱའི་དཔྲལ་བར་རུས། 在所要诅咒之人的额头写上རུས། སྙིང་གར་མིང། 在心间写上名字。རྐང་ཞབས་སུ་ཡྂ་བྲི། 在脚下写上ཡྂ་。ལྟེ་བར་ཛ། 在肚脐写上ཛ། ཡན་ལག་བཞི་ལ་ཀླུ་རིགས་བཞི་བྲི། 在四个肢体上写上四种龙族。སྙིང་གར་ཀླུ་ནག་པོ་མགོ་བོ་གསུམ་པ་མགོ་བོ་ཕྱེད་ལུས་ལ་ནུབ་པ་ བྲི། 在心间画一条黑色的龙，三个头，头一半没入身体。དེ་ནས་ཟངས་དང་ལྕགས་ད 然后铜和铁。

ཧ། པ་ཙ་པ་ཙ། དི་ན་མེ་ཀེ་ན་ཧཱུྂ་ཕཊ་སཝཱ་ཧཱ།（Tibetan） This is the root mantra of the black one. It is said to include the mantras of the ritual. Thus spoke the Bhagavan. Then, the glorious Great Black One, together with the retinue of dakinis, became radiant and glorious. They beseeched the Bhagavan, "The order of the mantras' rituals, in order to have the meaning of accomplishment, please explain it to me in that way." Then, the Bhagavan looked at the glorious Black One and the assembly of dakinis and spoke thus, "Whoever wishes to accomplish the glorious Great Black One, should go to a great charnel ground, a place where spirits and corpses gather. Anoint the body with the five amṛtas. Offer Upaksha flowers, incense mixed from the charnel ground, a lamp of great black oil, a torma of great meat, and an argham of blood. By offering these with mantras endowed with samadhi, and reciting the mantras of the main deity and the dakinis, one will immediately become close. Then, inside a skull of six pieces, mix neem milk, monkey tree sap, Tibetan fennel sap, and charnel ground ink. Facing south, draw the form of the one to be subjugated with a pen made of owl feathers. Fill the skull with charnel ground ashes and riverbank soil. Recite this mantra and bury it at the base of a tree, and immediately they will vomit blood. oṃ mahākālāya sarva ḍākinī bukālava dudhiru sibahānaha hūṃ phaṭ svāhā.（Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning） Whoever makes a small house or Sahe's ravala, anoint the body with saffron and face west. Mix white goat and red cow milk with amṛta. On a charnel ground cloth, draw a three-headed snake with a pen made of owl feathers. Write "phu" in the heart. Write khaṃ on the forehead, and hūṃ on the palms of both hands, in the opposite direction. On the skin of a black cat, draw the form of the one to be subjugated with poison, neck blood, crow blood, and charnel ground ink. Facing east, use a pen made of crow feathers to draw. Write "rus" on the forehead of the one to be subjugated. Write the name in the heart. Write yaṃ at the feet. Write ja at the navel. Write the four types of nagas on the four limbs. In the heart, draw a black naga with three heads, half of the head submerged in the body. Then copper and iron.
