海中生云雾，利齿含剧毒，遣黑蛙为使，聚土神恶兵，速诛仇敌。吽！自铁黑海中央，黑龙女首俯，心居深海中，身披蛇电衣，行八大龙事，坐骑为摩羯，坐骑之先前，悬挂青红病囊，坐骑之后面，悬挂红黑兵器，麻风与疖之引路，口吐气息降人病，勿忘仇敌尸，勿弱仇敌魂。自大海深处，龙妖姐妹百头，坐骑为青水牛，身披青水衣，大巫女唯一，铁蛙满三千，一发一病份，病囊满三界，降瘟疫于诸敌。自海中起身，黑龙女独眼，身披黑花氅，佩戴千宝鬘，日居须弥山顶，夜居大海深处，顷刻迎请至，以奔袭之法降伏敌，速诛毁誓敌。自珍宝九洲宫殿中，黑龙魔独眼，傲立千龙中，坐骑为小黑蛙，身披摩羯皮，坐骑之先前，悬挂疾病囊，坐骑之后面，悬挂着兵器，手持黑白花幡，我等恳切呼唤时，拍打疾病囊而来，挥舞兵器而来。如是祈请。自毒海山崖，祈请龙魔之事，第五品。此后修持恶咒之王罪恶崩坏轮，往诣适宜处，取麻风男女之头盖骨，不分肉色而为之，头盖骨涂以赭石，六辐轮上安立六个张牙舞爪之罪恶，于其一上安立六个阳具相连，积聚龙之誓物，自身罪恶。

From the center of the black iron sea, The black dragon woman bows her head. Her heart dwells in the depths of the ocean. She wears a garment of serpent lightning. She performs the deeds of the eight great nāgas. She rides a makara as her mount. On the front of her mount, Hangs a blue-red bag of disease. On the back of her mount, Hangs a red-black weapon. She leads the way for leprosy and boils. From her mouth, she exhales and sends human diseases. Do not forget the corpse of the enemy. Do not weaken the enemy's soul. From the depths of the great ocean, The nāga-demon sisters with a hundred heads, Ride a blue water buffalo as their mount. They wear a blue water garment. The great female shaman is one. The iron frogs fill three thousand worlds. Each hair holds a portion of disease. The bags of disease fill a thousand realms. Send epidemics to all enemies. Rising from the sea, The black dragon woman with one eye, Wears a black speckled cloak. She adorns herself with a garland of a thousand jewels. By day, she dwells on the peak of Mount Meru. By night, she dwells in the depths of the ocean. In an instant, when she is invited, She subdues the enemy with a swift attack. Quickly slay the oath-breaker enemy. From the palace of the nine precious continents, The black nāga-demon with one eye, Stands proudly in the midst of a thousand nāgas. He rides a small black frog as his mount. He wears a makara skin as his garment. On the front of his mount, Hangs a bag of disease. On the back of his mount, Hangs a weapon. In his hand, he holds a black and white speckled banner. When I call out to him earnestly, He comes striking the bag of disease. He comes brandishing the weapon. Thus, I beseech. From the cliff of the poisonous sea mountain, The fifth chapter on invoking the nāga-demon to action. Then, having accomplished this wheel of the king of evil mantras, the heap of sins that collapses, go to a suitable place, take the skull of a leprous man and woman, and make it without distinction of flesh color. Smear the skull with red ochre, and on the six-spoked wheel, establish six sins with bared fangs. On one of them, place six joined lingams, and accumulate the vows of the nāgas, the sins of oneself.
