In order to subdue the adversaries and demons, if one practices the great secret of Vajrakilaya, what should be the location and time? Please, Great Hero, tell us. The Great Hero replied: For the sake of future practitioners being able to practice the yellow, red, and black deities, I will tell you, Great Brahma. The location that accords with the scriptures is: a mountain shaped like Asisi (place name), like a lion leaping into the sky, the mountain peak like a vajra with nine points, the mountain color red and black encircling like a volcano, the mountainside inhabited by jackals and wolves, facing east is a fierce mountain. In such a location, according to the time, the time for entering and offering, reciting, and the time for subduing activities, can all be known from the four-time practice. The time for entering is the eighth and fifteenth days of the lunar month, the time for offering is the first and sixteenth days, the time for reciting is when a rainbow appears at sunset, the time for subduing is the twenty-second and ninth days. From the Tantra of the Black Enemy Secret, the third chapter on explaining the location and time is complete. Then Brahma asked again: Great Hero, Lord of Secrets, what should be the corresponding practice items for the yellow, red, and black deities and their retinue? The Lord of Secrets replied: Listen, Great Brahma, son of the gods, the corresponding items for the great secret of Vajrakilaya are as follows: a female demon's alum, white like crystal, a copper-made seamless prayer wheel, crystal-colored, white with red marrow, firewood made of rhododendron and arrow shafts of arrow bamboo, father, mother, son, and consort, gather them as corresponding items. The heart of a tiger, mouse, and goat, rapeseed, juniper, Guggulu incense, black horse, goat horn, dog and blood, use wolfsbane, broken branches and musk, nutmeg, mace, thunder iron, and the teeth of a hedgehog and the size of hail, gather them as practice items for the oath-bound ones. From the Tantra of the Black Enemy Secret, the fourth chapter on explaining offerings and practice items is complete. Then Brahma asked again: What should be the offerings here? Please, Great Hero, tell us. The Great Hero replied: Use the skull of a jackal, kapala, make offerings with three kinds of grains, smear well with human blood, then surround it with five kinds of meat, hand and right shoulder or left thigh, surround it with a collection of cow-yellow, gather it as an offering for the oath-bound ones. What are the sacred substances that support the oath-bound ones? Please, great hero, explain. The great hero spoke: Body support, heart support, hand support, eye support, clothing, and victory banner, are offered as supports for the arising of the Great Ging. Meditate clearly on the expanding basis of auspiciousness, with a clear yellow-red color. On the expanding basis of auspiciousness of Kukuraja, clearly invoke the fierce Graha demons. Establish it as the support of the body. On a white birch whip with three sections, attach silk whip tassels. Establish it as the support of the oath-bound ones' hands. In a seamless rhinoceros hide shield, draw a golden turquoise sbrum bu without eyes. Place it in a silk and brocade bag. Establish it as the support of the oath-bound ones' hearts. On four eagle feather arrows, adorn with wild animal skin and silk. Establish clothing as the support of the eyes. In the hero's iron box, draw seamless bat wings. In a flawless conch shell bowl, fill with the milk of a pure virgin. Establish the soul stone and soul dharma as supports. Please, great hero, explain. The great hero spoke: Whichever of the best, middling, or least is accomplished, the white snow lion is the main one. The three dark purple Khampa are the Mu demon mount. The mottled conch-colored one is the Graha demon mount. The blue one with a white nose is the Naga demon mount. The red one with a white forehead is the Tsen demon mount. If they are actually gathered, it is the best mount. If five substitutes are gathered, it is the middling mount. Five skulls or five hearts are the least mount. Or, on the well-adorned victory banner of the white snow lion, adorn with various silks and mirrors. Face it eastward and establish it as the mount. The main deity is pleased with the mount and retinue. The establishment of the outer support is: Smear five piles of food with blood. Place a red triangle in the north. Erect five arrows adorned with silk. Accumulate the outer support of the oath-bound ones.
