Outwardly, fulfill with yaks and sheep, inwardly with tsampa sheep and auspicious tormas, and eye-offering tormas to fulfill the mind. Secretly fulfill with strict vows. When fulfilling in that very truth, on the black body and clay, use these words to fulfill and confess. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). 当被催促之时，迅速降临吧，空行母众！僵尸以及各种野兽，还有护法奉命守护者们，圆满吧，誓言，殊胜的誓言圆满吧！瑜伽士我圆满了誓言，请完成所托之事！出自圣者普巴金刚黑橛成就生起之大教言续，圆满誓言品第五。 若心意出现违背错乱，应如何忏悔？ 吽 (ཧཱུྂ，hūṃ，种子字，发声字)！伟大的玛哈嘎拉请聆听并垂念！进入玛哈嘎拉的坛城后，本应守护空行母的殊胜誓言，却没有如教奉行，没有如法成就。本应修持，却错过了时间，食子和朵玛中断。根本和支分，所有违犯的誓言，在金刚罗刹的尸陀林会众前忏悔。黑羊、野兽，奉命的使者们，以及乌鸦面者眷属，我忏悔。祈请赐予护法的威力与成就！此外，应以大忏悔作为依据，按时供养食子和内外供品，但供养的资具不足，未能令您欢喜。念诵咒语时，言语中断。未能从黑色的命根处撼动，所有念诵咒语的誓言违犯，向伟大的本尊及其眷属忏悔。本应一心一意如法修持本尊，却没有生起一心一意的三摩地，却生起了黑法。心意的誓言违犯，我全部坦白忏悔。黑色的绸缎和誓言物，修持的物品没有聚集，支分誓言违犯。向黑尊及其眷属会众坦白忏悔。惭愧啊，后悔啊，母亲和空行母众！如是说。出自圣者普巴金刚黑橛成就生起之大教言续，圆满忏悔品第六。 之后，那些眷属们，向真实勇士如此请示道：金刚罗刹，诸神之主！请宣说黑法的镇压之术！如此请示后，从心间发出了光芒，说道：出自玛哈嘎拉的事业法，诛杀四种事业的猛烈之法，镇压的施法所依是：焚烧祭祀后的灰烬，以及所诛事业的灵器残余，头盖骨中充满黑法，以饮血国王的傲慢，猛烈地勾招和压制后，念诵此咒进行镇压。
