As he appeared, the world trembled and shook, and he spoke the words of oath: "For those who hate the teachings and break their vows, for the purpose of stealing wealth and killing the guru and the heart essence, in the charnel ground, the place of death, and the place of dying, on the sun day of the Black Demon, take earth from the ruins and smear it with a black triangular mandala. Inside it, place a skull, joining together the skulls of those whose lineage has been cut off, and place the life wheel in the heart of the image of the vow-breaker's footprints, etc. In the black skull, place mustard seeds, black mustard seeds, life force, etc., and gather the substances for striking. One should visualize Vajra Rakshasa. In the triangle of the mandala, visualize the great worker of destruction. A meaningful person should strike continuously for seven weeks. Abiding in suppression, with compassion, and without distraction, by reciting, one can even cut off the lives of the arrogant, let alone those sinful vow-breakers. Recitation, practice, killing, and suppression, the power of speech diminishes, bad omens descend, and with supports, vow keeping and confession, the sequence of fierce thunderbolts, and Maraya injects poison, destroying diarrhea, new deeds. With this, my deeds are completed, and I merge into myself. In the great lineage of accomplishment arising from the Holy Phurba Black Dagger, the final chapter is the third, which is the prayer of who will protect the teachings. Then, again, the assembled retinue asked, "Vajra Rakshasa, chief of the gods, in order to protect the teachings and doctrine, how are the strict vows kept? If they are broken, how are they restored?" After being asked, Vajra Rakshasa solemnly promised with a wrathful face: "Before the Lama, the Buddha, and the precious ones, body, speech, and mind, and the mind are the general and specific vows. The Thangka of the Protector is always decorated with gold, from the vow of the Dharma Protector's body, do not interrupt with human words and idle talk. Constantly recite the fierce mantra of the Protector, it is the vow of the Dharma Protector's speech. The intention of the Dharma Protector Rakshasa, the black wheel of samsara in front, is the vow of the Dharma Protector's mind. A string of black banners and flesh, and the accumulation of sacred substances, are the sacred substances gathered like clouds. A black dwarf staff of one cubit.
