The tiger skin upper garment is adorned with small fields, the earrings and amulets are adorned with snakes, the crown of skulls is adorned with the sun and moon, vajra, club, phurba, red conch shell, staff, and rope. Generate and invite, prostrate and dwell, outer and inner secret offerings, attain accomplishments, vows fulfilled, confess, praise, count recitations. In the heart, sun and moon and (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) and mantra, visualize clearly, the command attendants dwell in the heart, etc., the garland of letters is continuous and unbroken. Dualistic appearance then returns to oneness, supreme accomplishment, like a wheel of fire. There are three signs of warmth, actual, clear, the command attendants perform actions, Monpa, black bird, wild yak, clouds, black wind, fire burning, sounds arise. When inner and outer experiences arise in dreams, actual, clear, great power, predictions are also secret. Thus it is said. Of the body. Just reciting it once destroys the unruly ones and liberates from all fears. Retinue and enjoyment increase, power is great and authority is possessed. It is the undying victory banner of the world, perfectly complete without compare. The Lord of Power thus declared. From the Root Tantra of the Glorious Black Lord, the Poison Razor, the Fourth Chapter, which is the Teaching of Secret Mantras. Then again, the Yaksha Vaishravana requested the Bhagavan: Black, Terrifying, Great Wrathful One, such a garland of secret mantras, for the sake of subduing demons and protecting the teachings, please explain the means of action. Having thus requested, the Lord of Power spoke: To protect the teachings and doctrines, I will explain the means of fierce action. The fierce mantra of the Single Hero, and the secret curse of the Father and Mother, and the three curses of the Mandala's Pride. I will completely explain all the stages of action. Those beings whose lives and meanings have deviated from the doctrine, who have become fields for killing, should be killed with great vows. First, the method of union should be explained, the triangular gambling mandala, the outside and inside smeared with lime, charcoal, poison, and blood. The edge is surrounded by poisonous thorns. On the six supports—field, house, hair, comb—place a hundred-finger-length staff and dismembered limbs. With poison, blood, and hot substances, write the name, surname, zodiac sign, and life syllable. Place them on the forehead, throat, heart, and navel. Wrap with thread, and place a knife and skull. In the three grains, four poisons, and three bloods, add a mixture, and consecrate with the curse of the mouth. With the pride of Vajra Wrathful, send the messenger Black Lord. Send the commandment-abiding one to urge, send the one who steals the life force. Summon the life force, distinguish the deities, and merge them into the support. Do not be distracted, clearly recite the mantra and urge. Perform for seven or nine days. In temples, cemeteries, and so on, perform the action of suppression. The action of moving, confession, and offering cake, it is said should be done at the time of the new moon. From the Root Tantra of the Glorious Black Lord, the Poison Razor, the Fifth Chapter, which is Sending the Black Lord and Killing the Breakers of Vows. Thereafter, the Lord of Power will definitely declare the secret curse of the Father and Mother Lord.
