Nanu, the great hero with strength, and Padma Gara's Lord of Dance, etc., and also Hevajra, Chakrasamvara, and Kalachakra, etc., whichever Vajra place is shown, from the form and appearance of its main deity, the mandala of the retinue is emanated, and the Dharma wheel of indestructible sound is turned. The Root Tantra of the Gathering of Bliss says, "I am the great king, and I myself am the one who speaks and listens." Also, in the Hevajra Tantra, it says, "I am the speaker, I am also the Dharma, and I am the listener with my own assembly." It is in this way. Similarly, in Tushita, the summit of Mount Meru, Oddiyana, and Shambhala, etc., in the conventional places, whether it is taught through actions, practices, and yoga tantras, with a form free from attachment, or in the form of a Chakravartin, it is fine. The Guhyagarbha Tantra says, "At that time, various dissimilarities, appear as similar individually, although not moved from Suchness, they appear individually due to the power of karma." Just like that. Therefore, in the pure realms such as Akanishta, in the presence of the retinue of non-duality of nature and special wisdom, the Dharma wheel of secret mantra is turned, and without moving from that, in the world, the twelve deeds are shown in the form of the supreme Nirmanakaya, and for the various pure and impure beings to be tamed, according to their respective situations, the Dharma wheel of the three vehicles is turned three times in sequence, appearing in this way. The Guhyagarbha Tantra says, "The blessing of great compassion, called the wise man, the six Thupas, arise from the Vajra of the body, speech, and mind of the Tathagata. After arising, also by the power of karma, in the six worlds from the base to the top, in each of the infinite three thousand great thousand worlds in the ten directions, each great Thupa Bhagavan accomplishes the benefit of the five types of beings through the four types of taming." And, the Explanatory Tantra of the Magical Net of Manjushri says, "There are three bases for discussion, namely, the Akanishta abode and the summit of Mount Meru, and this Jambudvipa, which is well-known. The Bodhisattva gods and the teacher are also three, namely, the Buddha Great Vajradhara and the Nirmanakaya Chakravartin, and Shakyamuni Buddha himself speaks. The time is when the beings to be tamed are tamed, and the time when the retinues gather is when it is spoken."

Sa. Thus it was said. Furthermore, the teacher Nyinzhai Sengge believed that while the Sambhogakaya was teaching the Vajrayana in Akanishta, at the same time, before the supreme Nirmanakaya showed the aspect of attaining Buddhahood at the Bodhi tree Vajrasana in the human realm, he placed the body of dependence at the place of asceticism on the banks of the Nairanjana River, and went to Akanishta with the wisdom body, and was blessed by all the Tathagatas. He attained Buddhahood in the great Vajradhatu mandala, and spoke the Yoga Tantras on the top of Mount Sumeru and on the seashore. Then he went to places such as Oddiyana and Sahor, and taught all the Anuttara Tantras to Indrabhuti and others. Then he entered the body of dependence again and showed the aspect of attaining Buddhahood at Vajrasana. The teacher Yeshe Zhap also said the same: Not understanding that meaning, Nairanjana, is not something else, but a place of meditation. At that time, all the Buddhas also, with sudden wisdom, stopped him, like the realm of space, extremely pure, the profound and clear non-duality was revealed. Like the Victorious One at midnight, he meditated on that, and at dawn, in an instant, he realized it correctly. Having stayed at the heart of the Bodhi tree, he destroyed all the powerful demons, and for the sake of benefiting sentient beings, he turned the wheel of Dharma. Thus it was said. The great teacher Kye Dorje believed that while the teacher was teaching the secret mantra in Akanishta, at the same time, the supreme Nirmanakaya was teaching the common vehicle in the world. In his commentary on the Essence, he wrote: The sixth teacher, with the means of spontaneous accomplishment, opened the door with aspiration, the first chapter reveals the cause, the second chapter combines the conditions, the third chapter reveals the six common teachers, and different tantras appeared at the same time. This statement encompasses all the Sutra and Mantra Pitakas, and we, who believe in the true meaning of the Mahayana and make it our path, do not think that the teacher is different from the primordial protector, and the turning of the wheel of Dharma at the same time is only due to the thoughts of those being tamed, and there is actually no difference in time, etc.
