In order to abandon attachment to all good sounds, relying solely on relying on the meaning itself, therefore, in some verses, there are phonetic deviations, in some verses, there are broken pauses, in some verses, there are words without विभक्ति (Sanskrit, vibhakti, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, case), in some verses, vowels and consonants are omitted, in some verses, long sounds become short sounds, and short sounds become long sounds, in some verses, the meaning of the fifth case is expressed with the seventh case, and the meaning of the fourth case is expressed with the sixth case, in some verses, the root of other parts of speech is used instead of the root of its own part of speech, and the root of its own part of speech is used instead of the root of other parts of speech, in some verses, singular words become plural words, and plural words become singular words, in some verses, masculine words become neuter words, and neuter words become masculine words, some words are pronounced in the palate but with teeth and head, some words are pronounced in the head but with teeth and palate, and some words are pronounced in the teeth but with palate and head. Furthermore, one should follow the instructions of the tantra instructor. Furthermore, as it is said in the Mudratilaka: Yogis and yoginis should understand the tantras. For the treatises composed by the guru, one should not judge the good or bad sounds with the freedom of the gods. In treatises such as poetry and drama, one can judge the good or bad sounds, but why should one judge the established mantra treatises? Judging leads to ignorance, and the fundamental meaning will be lost. Therefore, one should understand sounds and conceptualizations, and not explain them. Do not empower all of these, because they are fond of external meanings. Thus it is said. Similarly, due to the expressions of different places and languages, in order to enable all beings to be tamed to understand the Buddha's teachings according to their own thoughts, just like hearing beautiful sounds, therefore, other languages and other mantras, as well as other rituals, through these other means, enable beings to understand their respective natures and abilities. For the inconceivable secrets of the speech of the victorious ones who enable beings to understand in this way, even a little understanding has not arisen, but they are attached to the idea that all scriptures must be the language of the gods, and thus use non-Indian languages, cannibal languages, and Tibetan languages, etc., local languages, and Sanskrit mixed languages to judge the scriptures, thinking that they are neither Indian languages nor Tibetan languages. This phenomenon may occur, but those are their own.

精通于刺穿智慧之眼狭隘的屏障。 如果导师用其他地方的语言和符号讲述的是佛法,那么用藏语讲述的就不能变成不是佛法。如前所说,这里首先以声闻乘的方式,用摩揭陀语讲述三藏等佛法,例如:阿ahyabhisobhagapamsamyaksambuddho vidyacaranasampannah sugato lokavidu anuttaro(梵文天城体:अह्यबिसोभगपंसम्यक्संबुद्धो विद्याचरणसंपन्नःसुगतो लोकविदु अनुत्तरो,梵文罗马拟音:ahya bi so bhaga pam samyaksaṃbuddho vidyācaranasampannaḥ sugato lokavidu anuttaro,汉语字面意思:不,比,索,薄伽,帕姆,正等觉,明行圆满,善逝,世间解,无上),等等,以此讲述佛法。

He is skilled at piercing the barrier of the narrow eye of wisdom. If the Teacher speaks Dharma in the language and symbols of other places, then speaking in Tibetan cannot become non-Dharma. As it was said before, here, first, in the manner of the Hearers, the Three Baskets and so on are taught in the Magadha language, for example: ahya bi so bhaga pam samyaksaṃbuddho vidyācaranasampannaḥ sugato lokavidu anuttaro (Sanskrit Devanagari: अह्यबिसोभगपंसम्यक्संबुद्धो विद्याचरणसंपन्नःसुगतो लोकविदु अनुत्तरो, Sanskrit Romanization: ahya bi so bhaga pam samyaksaṃbuddho vidyācaranasampannaḥ sugato lokavidu anuttaro, Literal Chinese meaning: no, than, cable, Bhagavan, Pam, Righteousness, wisdom and conduct, good death, world solution, supreme), and so on, thus teaching the Dharma. Similarly, in the land of Campaka north of the Shita River, the Dharma is taught in the language of a million villages, for example: akaraṣṭubuṣṇukagagagāṇaku, jiṇamākabijirīṭaku, dudurupāka (Sanskrit Devanagari: 无, Sanskrit Romanization: None, Literal Chinese meaning: None), and so on, thus teaching the Dharma. Similarly, in the land of Suramma north of Rukama, the Dharma is taught in the language of a million villages, for example: akamāyasada, balādadātatabiraṭa, minikaakūṭaparā, jigitiparādata (Sanskrit Devanagari: 无, Sanskrit Romanization: None, Literal Chinese meaning: None), and so on, thus teaching the Dharma. Thus, the Tathagata teaches the Three Vehicles in the language of the land of each place, therefore "Thus have I heard" and so on, not only in beautiful Sanskrit. Furthermore, let alone the differences of other places, when the Tathagata attained complete enlightenment in this holy land, when the Blessed One passed into complete nirvana, the compilers wrote the Three Vehicles on books, and the Tathagata's decision was to write the Three Baskets in the Magadha language. The Sutra Pitaka was written in the Sindhu language. The Perfection of Wisdom and the Mantras were written in beautiful Sanskrit. The Tantras and other Tantras were written in beautiful Sanskrit, common language, dialects, and non-Sanskrit, by barbarians living in forests and so on. All such things were written by the compilers of all the Dharma taught by the All-Knowing One. Similarly, in Tibet, the Three Vehicles were written in Tibetan, and in China, in Chinese. In Great China, it is written in Great Chinese. In Persia, it is written in Persian. North of the Shita River, in the language of Campaka, and in the language of the land of monkeys, and gold.
