When the ground was made firm, it was established firmly with the authority of meaning, and named and determined accordingly. Even at that time, because the three inner tantras were practiced only in secret, it was decreed not to propagate them widely. Even the newly translated words were not affected, nor did they increase into many volumes. Therefore, the instructional examples scattered like leaves carried by the wind, and there was no time when secrets were proclaimed in the marketplace. Because of these reasons, the blessings and power did not diminish or weaken. Therefore, the supreme practitioners practiced in their respective practice places and attained accomplishments. The secret teachings, in fragments, resided invisibly in various small states, without being completely gathered in one place, and no catalogs or the like were compiled. Later, Buton Rinpoche arranged for the main tantras of the three yogas to be included in the Sakya Kanjur in order to guide people to certainty, but there was no time to collect them completely. In Zur Ugyen Dza Lung, only fragments of tantras remained. It is said that in Kathok in Kham (Kham, present-day western Sichuan and northwestern Yunnan), there was a complete collection of ancient Nyingma tantras written in gold, but due to the decline of the times, it was scattered and lost, and is not complete today. In the meantime, the great tertön Ratna Lingpa and his sons searched for both the texts and the oral transmission with great effort and built them in Lhundrup Potrang. Later, Tsangrong Gongga Lotsawa Gönphel Dorje, with great aspiration to spread the teachings, built as many as three times and widely bestowed the Dharma in Ü-Tsang (Ü-Tsang, present-day Lhasa and Shannan regions of Tibet Autonomous Region) and Kham (Kham, present-day western Sichuan and northwestern Yunnan). This lineage spread widely in this region of Kham, but the parts that were not complete were later obtained by the great tertön Rinpoche brothers of Minling with great effort, and the great scholars and siddhas of Tagbu, Vajradhara Kunzang Namgyal and Kunzang Lodrö, invited them to Dokham with great knowledge and diligence. Therefore, this region has almost complete collection of the Hundred Thousand Tantras, including both the texts and the oral transmission. However, in this degenerate age, even those who have entered the Dharma regard the Dharma as unimportant, and good speech

Merely the appearance of giving and protection, while proper conduct is like a star overwhelmed by the sun's rays, causing the precious teachings of the Victorious One (Gyalwa, རྒྱལ་བ།, usually referring to the Dalai Lama) to gradually decline. Those who claim to be great, clinging to gain and fame as the essence of the eight worldly concerns, let alone engaging themselves in genuine hearing, contemplation, and meditation, or encouraging others to do so. They carelessly abandon effort even in the mere recitation of transmissions, exerting all their power and intelligence for trivial worldly matters, while neglecting the pursuit of the scriptures, the root of all lasting happiness, and considering it a trivial act. Because they are blind to the subtle changes of the times, they hear of the immeasurable deeds of the Sugata, and the examples of past kings, ministers, and Bodhisattvas who fearlessly sacrificed their lives and possessions, seeking with great difficulty, and accomplishing extraordinary deeds with rare resources. Seeing that the results of inconceivable aspirations are about to be wasted, unbearable grief and fatigue arise in their hearts, and they think, 'How wonderful it would be if such an unprecedented good deed could be accomplished!' For a long time, this has been on his mind. The immediate cause for awakening him is: the emanation of the great wisdom of Panchen Vimala (བི་མ་ལ།, Vimala), the sign of accomplishment from the Great Perfection path, perfect realization, manifestation. The Fifth Lotus Holder (Phyagna Padma Nga Pa Chenpo) also showered down a rain of flowers of praise. One of the three supreme heart sons of the Great Perfection master Pema Rigdzin As the Tang Dynasty Book says: 'People have bodies and vessels that come in pairs, the teachings of the Dharma also go in pairs, the paintings drawn by Geshe have traces remaining, this treasure of the three rocks of the sister of Kham, the sign of extracting without leaving is already shown, the one named Nyima Drakpa of Kham will appear.' Just as it is said, the signs, the treasure place, and the birthplace of the treasure revealer are all in agreement. From the three rocks of the sister of Kham and other places, the reincarnation of the treasure revealer Nyima Drakpa (ཉི་མ་གྲགས་པ།), Pema Tekchok Tenpai Gyaltsen (པདྨ་ཐེག་མཆོག་བསྟན་པའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་), who invited the symbols of the five great treasures of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, and many profound treasures.
