It has been said. If this Mind-Only school of thought is classified, there are two types: those who assert true appearances and those who assert false appearances. The former acknowledges that for the eye consciousness that apprehends blue, blue appears as blue and is thus established. The latter, however, considers that all appearances such as blue are not inherent in the nature of either the object or the consciousness. Instead, they are attributed to the imprints of ignorance, and thus they appear. This consciousness, tainted by ignorance, is not a separate entity from the consciousness itself. This view is considered slightly superior to the former. If it is further divided, there are those who assert an equal number of apprehended and apprehender, those who assert non-duality of multiplicity, and those who assert a "half-egg" view, differentiated by the object and consciousness. Even within the assertion of false appearances, there are those who believe that the nature of the mind is either tainted or untainted by the defilements of the imprints of ignorance, thus dividing into two Among those who assert non-duality of multiplicity, there are those who accept six aggregates of consciousness and those who accept only one consciousness. The classifications become endless. While this is slightly superior to the Hearer and Solitary Realizer vehicles, it does not fully realize the perfect, ultimate truth. Both those who assert true appearances and those who assert false appearances understand that the appearances of external objects are not real, but they acknowledge that the non-dual, self-aware, self-illuminating consciousness is the ultimate truth and the perfectly established. Secondly, within Madhyamaka, there is the coarse, external Madhyamaka that asserts no inherent existence, and the subtle, internal definitive meaning Madhyamaka, the Great Madhyamaka. The first also has two types: Svatantrika Madhyamaka and Prasangika. The first is that the tenets of Vaibhashika, Sautrantika and Mind-Only, fall into the extreme of grasping at entities, and cannot turn back from the proliferation of grasping and attachment. Here, since it is acknowledged that all phenomena are the middle way itself, not falling into any of the two extremes, it is Madhyamaka. That is, all phenomena exist in the conventional, deluded consciousness, but do not exist in the non-deluded, clear consciousness in the ultimate sense, which is the view of Svatantrika Madhyamaka. If the former is classified, there are the valid conventional, which appear and can perform a function, and the false conventional, which appear but cannot perform a function. In the ultimate truth, there are also the various types that cut off one aspect of proliferation, such as the sprout not arising from itself, and those that cut off the four extremes of proliferation, such as the sprout not arising from itself, nor from others.

It is considered that there are two truths that are not nominal. The definitions are: that which can be refuted by the discriminating wisdom is called the unobservable conventional truth; that which cannot be refuted by wisdom is called the observable ultimate truth. Like this, in order to make the subject, all the conventional appearances, realize that there is no refutation, that is, in order to know that the real is non-existent and to know that it is non-existent, therefore both the inner and outer objects and the knowable things are empty, that is, without distinguishing any imputation of existence or non-existence, only wisdom is acknowledged. As it is said in the Minor Commentary: "By the wisdom of each individual's own wisdom." etc. The wisdom that can refute, the observation of the cause is the diamond sliver, the observation of the result is existence and non-existence, arising and ceasing, the observation of both is the four sentences of arising and ceasing, the reason established in the form of non-negation is the great dependent arising, the reason established in the form of non-negation is the separation from one and many, etc. What is established by reason and wisdom is not the established like illusion, etc., which is completely observed, but is refuted, no, it is only the conceptual thought that prevents the real thing, it is the establishment of non-negation, that is, the definition of the non-proliferation ultimate truth, such as the self-nature unborn like the sky by the clear knowledge of the subsequent attainment, is the view of the Svātantrika Madhyamaka. By this, it is established that there is nothing in the ultimate sense, but there is in the conventional sense, therefore there is the fault of permanence and annihilation, and the clear knowledge of the discriminating mind only realizes the non-proliferation non-negation, and does not abide in the ultimate meaning, and the clear knowledge that prevents proliferation cannot exceed the difference of proliferation. Second, the view of the Consequentialists is: the two truths are distinguished by the difference between confused and unconfused wisdom. In the samadhi of the northern noble ones and in the realm of the omniscient wisdom of the Buddhas, there is no appearance of the knower and the known, the object and the subject, just as one who has not fallen asleep will not see a dream. The great teacher Nāgārjuna said: For example, when falling asleep is controlled by sleep, one sees sons and daughters, palaces, places, etc., just as these will not appear after waking up. Similarly, conventional knowledge, when the eye of wisdom is opened, and after being separated from the sleep of ignorance, one will not see when waking up.
