He offered donations of silk clothes. He established a mantra community in the palace of Dadu. It is said that the Vajrakila of the four activities at that time was in the palace. Thus, from various material resources, he accomplished twenty-eight Dharma categories of the early translation school, such as the Root Tantra Secret Essence, the Commentary Spar Khab, the Secret Mantra Path Gradation, and the Nine Instructions. He donated a thousand copies of each and distributed them to the monks. He offered many conditions for building the Hundred Thousand Tantras, etc., which greatly benefited the Dharma. Later, King Buyantu passed away after being treated for a wind disease with a hot remedy. At this time, the Sakya and Zur schools had the same core of doctrine, so their relationship was very close. Therefore, the news of the passing of Zur Jampa Senge was conveyed to the Sakya school, which was not good. Now, please invite Zur Zangpo Pel from China, he said. The others also discussed it and sent the attendant Jamyang to invite him. When he arrived in China, he fell ill with a fever and was on the verge of death. However, due to the blessings of the Dakini Dharma Protector, he began to recover slightly. At that time, in his own vision, he met King Buyantu, who asked him: Are you coming to Tibet? What kind of donations have you given? He answered in detail, and the king said: You have not given anything, and then disappeared. He heard about this from the official Tao, who said: Seeing you, I remember the emperor, and then shed tears. Later, he gave ten ingots of silver. He built a Vajrasattva statue made of Chinese clay and the Cham statue of the Dharma Protector siblings, and when he invited them to Tibet, Mahakala looked towards Tibet and took seven steps, hence it is known as "Seven Steps Ba". After arriving in Tibet, for the sake of the Dharma activities, he built the Hundred Thousand Tantras. He employed the Dharma Protector as a servant. He clearly prophesied the future. Later, due to the emperor's decree, he had to go to China again. Because he was unwilling to go, he gave the king's messengers Timur Dar and Ghara silver ingots, etc., wanting them to return, but they said they would be punished by the king and were unwilling to go. There, all freedom is happiness, and all subjugation is suffering. After saying such words, he went to China. In general, he only lived for thirty-eight years, and he was the son of Zur Ham Shak Jung. Zur Ham Shak Jung studied the Dharma of his ancestors from a young age and was proficient in activities.

Therefore, at the age of five, in the midst of the welcoming party for his father's departure to China, he gave a "Tore Long" explanation of the root tantra, which amazed everyone. From the age of seven, he managed the monastic college. He received the novice vows from Lama Kunpang and the full ordination from Dharma Lord Sonam Drakpa, and was known by the name Shakya Jungne. It is said that Zurpa Shi's son, named Zur Shakya Senge, received the edict and gifts from the King of Golog, four gold bricks weighing sixty taels each, twenty taels of white silver, and two hundred pieces of clothing inside and out. Lord Mo Tao and others also gave a large amount of property, which greatly helped the doctrine and politics of Zurpa. In particular, he built an extremely beautiful golden statue of Manjushri, in which fragments of the robes of Gyalwa Zurpoche were enshrined, and consecrated it as the main object of veneration in the Owl Hermitage. He established large monastic colleges and meditation centers. Because he had no attachment to property, he devoted himself to the service of the Buddhist cause. Because of his awe-inspiring radiance, those who saw him would not feel displeased, and even the great Mongolian figure Temur Dar became devoted to him and requested empowerment, etc. He remained in the posture of a great bodhisattva who could show faith. In addition, he associated with all the virtuous people of U-Tsang, represented by Sasang Lochen, Gyalwa Yung, Jamyang Sangdrub Dorje, the lineage masters of the Sakya school, and the great abbots of Zurpa, and became proficient in all the scriptures and instructions of the three categories of epistemology and the new and old tantras. In particular, he studied in depth the Ornament for Clear Realization, the Bodhisattvacharyavatara, the Kalachakra, the Kunjed Gyalpo, the Magical Net Stages, the Guhyagarbha Tantra, and the Commentary on the Lamp That Illuminates the Core of Secrets, and was therefore known as a great scholar and accomplished one. Later, he became the sole holder of the Zur tradition of empowerment teachings. When he received the empowerment from Drolchen Samdor, he offered gifts including Chinese and Tibetan clothing, cooking utensils, and fifty loads of barley, thereby thoroughly mastering all the transmissions, practices, and rituals. For the sake of the transmission alone, he also pleased the master with offerings of large quantities of cloth and gold. He clearly saw the visions of Shakyamuni Buddha and the five families of Heruka. He composed many works such as the mandala of the deities of the Root Tantra of the Gathering of Secrets and the commentary on the Transmission Treatise. He made great contributions to the teachings of the Sutra, Illusion, and Mind sections.
