向觉姆娘摩(Jo mo nyang mo)传授大圆满康鲁仪轨(rdzogs chen khams lugs)阿若的心髓(a ro'i thugs bcud)。

Because the servants initiated a dispute, Lhaje Gyayak (Lha rje rgya nag) made them feel annoyed. Because he subdued their arrogance, they were pleased and held him in their hearts. Moreover, his son Jotsun Dorje Drak (Jo btsun rdo rje grags) opened his mind, and he was greatly pleased. He gave the teachings and instructions of the three stages of generation, completion, and the third initiation, along with special secret manuals, so Lhaje Lhakhangpa's (Lha rje lha khang pa) Zur Tsho (zur tsho) had more complete teachings and deeper instructions than other schools. He passed away at the age of forty. The following year, Drophukpa (Sgro phug pa) passed away. In Nyangto (Nyang stod), in the Gyatsang (rgya tsang) area, he taught Amrita (bdud rtsi). In Nyangme (Nyang smad), in Drodar Seng (Sgro dar seng), he taught the Vajrakilaya that Subdues All (rnam 'joms), and the tradition of keeping the root Vajrakilaya intact. Furthermore, there were different Vajrakilaya traditions such as the Kyilu (skyi lugs) tradition. To Dampa Pormang (Dam pa spor mang), he taught the Dzogchen Porlu tradition (rdzogs chen spor lugs). To Jomo Nyangmo (Jo mo nyang mo), he taught the Dzogchen Khamlu tradition (rdzogs chen khams lugs), the heart essence of Aro (a ro'i thugs bcud). Similarly, he heard many teachings such as the Dzogchen Brahmin (bram ze) cycle and Ke Tsangma (ke tshang ma), so he became the master of all mantras, characteristics, tantras, and sadhanas. When he was performing the medicine sadhana, the goddess appeared manifestly from the medicine palace, circumambulated the mandala three times, and then dissolved into it, which everyone saw. He did great deeds for the benefit of others and passed away at the age of fifty-six. The patron of this, the great lama Yonten Zung (Yon tan gzungs), was born in the Fire Horse year. He began his studies at the age of eleven. At the age of thirteen, he studied with his uncle and completed the study of all the tantras, transmissions, and instructions of the three stages of generation, completion, and the third initiation. At the age of twenty-four, his uncle Gyayakpa (rgya nag pa) passed away, and he took over the seat. From Ubapa Ton Shak (dBus pa ston shAk) and Ubapa Zhipo (dBus pa zhig po) and others, he cut the cords of doubt and did deeds for the benefit of himself and others. Ubapa Ton Shak, also known as Dampa Se Drakpa (Dam pa se sprag pa), was a descendant of the naked Zha (gZad) Watung (gcHer pa wa thung). He came to the monastery of Drophukpa to inquire about letters, gained faith, and began to study. After Lhaje Gyayak passed away, he went to Dreng ('dreng) and completed all the tantras and instructions. He thought to only do meditation, so he went to Jangri (Byang ri) to look for a monastery. In Yolba Drak (Yol ba brag), he met Dampa Yolchungwa (Dam pa yol chung ba), who was carving a rock. He said, "Are you building a monastery here?" The other said, "Is there anything else to do besides this?" He said, "On that side, there is a rock called Sewakha Drak (se ba kha brag), it is better there than here." So Dampa Ton Shak went to that rock where Sewakha (se ba kha) grew.

Then, finding some tsampa balls near a spring, he took it as a good omen. Residing there and practicing meditation, he generated special realization. Gods and demons listened to his commands, and he was able to benefit many beings who needed to be tamed, so he was known as the holy Se Srakpa. Uspa Shikpo: He was from the Yar lung region. He was a scribe who became a monk at the monastery of Je Drophukpa. He followed the Lhaje of China and became proficient in both the generation stage and the completion stage. When he intended to go somewhere to show off, he thought that he needed an umbrella, conch shell, offerings, etc. as conditions. In order to prepare these things, he went to Nepal. On the way, he thought, although I have learned so much Dharma, I have nothing to practice. Dying now would not be of any benefit. I must rely entirely on the oral instructions. Thinking this, he returned. After going to the lama and reporting, the lama bestowed the precious oral transmission instructions. He practiced these instructions and went forward. When he arrived at Mangyul Gungtang, the inexpressible wisdom of Dzogchen manifested for seven days. There, he took the offerings from Nepal. When he arrived at Mangyul Gungtang, he contracted malaria. He thought, is this inauspicious? So he made up his mind. He left all the things in the village. He went to the mountain to practice, and there was no obstruction to all the land, stones, mountains, and rocks. He realized that his previous thoughts were unnecessary, so he discarded all the things for showing off wherever he pleased. When he saw a manjushri (a type of container) and one-seventh of a copper bowl, he remembered the kindness of the lama and thought, my ability to generate such thoughts is also due to the lama's kindness, so I should offer these to the lama, so he took them. But when desire disappeared, he wanted to throw them away on the road. But he remembered the kindness of the lama again, so he continued forward. When he arrived at the temple, he threw the copper bowl in front of the lama and said: Copper bowl, how long have you bound me? After that, he lived alone on the mountain and practiced. All the Dharma manifested in his mind, and all appearances disappeared like illusions, so he could not stand. When he was living in Wagorpu of Yeru, a lightning bolt struck his bed, but he was not harmed. Others asked him if he had been struck by lightning, and he said: Was that lightning? What happened? Others asked him if he was harmed, and he said: Sound and emptiness are inseparable. Where does lightning have inherent existence? So he became a great yogi master. Practice.
