I, arriving at the water's edge, said to the attendant, "You grab me, don't hesitate, come!" Because he was extremely unwilling in his heart, thinking, "Is he perhaps going to make me throw myself into the water?" Knowing this, I said, "Now you cannot escape me. Come around the coracle, I will go first." The Lama's feet did not touch the water as he went across. The attendant went to the coracle, and the coracle went to the other side. Waiting there for a long time, he became thirsty and brewed chang (Tibetan beer). Drinking a lot, he had discursive thoughts. He thought, "It has been a year and four months since the chang was brewed. What did the Lama put in the jar to make it like this?" So he broke the seal of the jar, and two black and white snakes as thick as a yoke, the knots untied, rose into the sky. The remaining frogs, toads, tadpoles, etc., also flew into the sky with crackling and buzzing sounds. Immediately, the mash became green and rotten, smelling sour and foul. So he poured out the mash, carried the jar away, and when he reached a place with water, the jar also broke. There, due to the Lama's command, the auspicious connection was disrupted. If the dragon demon siblings of Ogdong had not come out, a monastery as large as Tibet would have been built in Ukpa Lung. The Otter Hermitage would also have been very prosperous, but a fierce person came and said, "Now that the jar has reached the southern water's edge, a settlement and several monasteries will be formed." The dragon demon siblings were appointed as the protectors of the Otter Hermitage. That auspicious connection did not achieve great fruition either. After that, vast monastic colleges and meditation centers arose. At that time, in Nyari, there was a couple named Mama Yungdrung Tashi, who had no children but were wealthy. They wanted to perform religious activities, so they gathered the villagers and relatives and asked which teacher was the best. Some said a tantrika, some said a monk, some said a Bonpo, and their opinions differed, so they suggested that they choose according to their own preferences. The woman said, "My wealth is sufficient, so I will do all three. " So they invited the tantrika of Ukpa Lung, the Bonpo of Laje Tse, and the monk of Chumik Ringmo. The three places of offering gathered together and discussed building a temple together, but they disagreed on the main deity. The tantrika said to enshrine Vajrasattva (藏文:རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།,梵文天城体:वज्रसत्त्व,梵文罗马拟音:Vajrasattva,汉语字面意思:金刚萨埵), the monk said to enshrine Shakyamuni Buddha (藏文:ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པ།,梵文天城体:शाक्यमुनि,梵文罗马拟音:Śākyamuni,汉语字面意思:释迦牟尼), and the Bonpo said to enshrine Shenrab Miwo (藏文:གཤེན་རབ་མི་བོ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:辛饶米沃). In the end, it was decided to build separate temples. The Lhaje of Ukpa Lung, because of his lower status, joined forces with the Bonpo.

After the construction was completed, the Bonpo said, "Even when building a temple now, if your deity is the main deity, my deity will be the retinue; if my deity is the main deity, your deity must be the retinue." Considering that neither of these would have good results, the temple was given to the Bonpo. Drotonpa offered a place called Drophuk, and a temple was built there. At that time, the three donor relatives said, "Whoever completes the roof of the temple will collect flowers." The mantra practitioners and Bonpo completed it, but the monks did not. Therefore, the mantra practitioners and Bonpo collected in rotation each year. The monks said, "We also ask for a share." One year was given, and from then on, all three collected in rotation each year. Drophuk Monastery has eight temples of various sizes, headed by the Buddhas of the Three Times. The upper hall has twenty pillars, and the lower hall has sixty pillars. A large monastic college was established in this place. It is said that during the time of Tag Gyabo, it was also a time for genuine practice. Moreover, during a time when Gyalwa Zurpoche's merit was very prosperous, the gold offered by Drokmi Lotsawa Pandita was not enough, and (Zurpoche) said, "Bring a lot of gold, and I will give profound teachings." Like this, the root of the vows of great beings to benefit others is firm. From the arrangement of the tree: Son of the lineage, do not be attached to a single root of virtue, and do not think that it is enough to perfect a single dharma gate and a single conduct. Why is that? Son of the lineage, Bodhisattvas must fully accumulate immeasurable roots of virtue. Therefore, in order to make the conduct of the four objects of gathering of Bodhisattvas complete without any deficiency, Karma Pakshi measured the length just by seeing the decorative spire of the eaves from the top of Tsurphu Monastery, just as he did. Gyalwa Zurpoche, for the sake of those with intentions, put the ridge of the divine mountain of Drophuk and the sunny ridge of Tag into two golden stupas, and said, "The two stupas are connected by iron chains." The monks said, "Then we will also offer copper plates, bells, and iron chains to connect them." Then they vowed. After that, the sound was very loud, and the two local deities
