息灭誓言并赞颂，以三世之咒语供养，广大行作圆满忏悔仪轨，之后令母神极喜悦，调伏暴恶而成办事业，吉祥天女热玛德秘密黑忿怒空行母续中，圆满品第三十完毕。 具祥热德及其眷属，于获得修法之征兆时，混合誓言并立誓，其次第如下：身像、泥像、橛等，本即是天女，于彼真实委以事业，从心生起智慧勇识，之后供养委以事业后，如是厉声宣说： 吽！金刚秽水甘露胜，誓言心之大血，从昔混合之誓言胜，汝与我即心所住，为心与心之友伴，嘛哈 咕咕 萨玛雅，班杂 阿弥利达 萨玛雅，此乃汝之地狱水，若越誓言则焚烧，若未越誓言重誓，汝则现前成正觉，成为善逝具福真实处，班杂 亚嘎 萨惹嘎萨 萨玛雅 啪的。 之后获得成就，无论作何利益损害之事，皆如所愿而能自在。吉祥天女热玛德秘密黑忿怒空行母续中，混合誓言并立誓品第三十一完毕。 之后复当详说，欲修持之咒师，首先修持大秘密忿怒母，其次修持吉祥者，三修作业之婢女，根本修法圆满后，于母神处或夜叉处，当修作猛厉事业，乃至造作秘密事业时，对于有特殊之所调伏者，以ཨྂ་གཱུ་ཤ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）之咒语杀之，咒语之修法圆满后，于作业之时当践踏之， 扎 惹叉 惹，惹摩 玛 宁 卡 惹，扎 惹叉 卡 吽 卡嘿，杂 门 杂 卡 吽 卡嘿，玛玛 卡嘿，普雅 普雅，惹度 杂门 扎 卡嘿，度 杜，希 希，美拉 杂，乌 乌 仲 杜 吽 希，美 吽 热 吽，卡 吽 卡嘿，邦 约 邦 约，图隆 图隆，宁 吽 希，五根为 吽 杜，五蕴为 杜 乌，大秘密中央之焚烧母，面为青黑，火坑燃，舌为火镬
