This wheel, together with the practice, Can ignite and burn poisonous trees. What is called the water wheel, In the center of the goddess's navel wheel, Threefold, complete, and abiding. Killing in the center where the three waters gather. The place is above the eight petals of the upper place, Generating the eight nagas and their retinue. After entrusting all matters, practice, It should be thrown into the great ocean. What is called the wind wheel, In the wheel of the goddess's feet, The wind with abundant banners, Possessing extremely swift wind. Killing in the center where the three winds gather. In the wind wheel at the heart, Completely generate the wind god and his retinue. Entrust the work, entrust the wheel to the wind. What is called the earth wheel, In the wheel of the goddess's heart, Generate years, contemplate the seed and the earth. The threefold fierce earth prospers. Killing in the center where the three earths gather. In the heart of the one to be tamed, After well contemplating the earth wheel, Generate the great hand of the earth lord above. The yogis are also the same, After entrusting all matters and practicing, Suppress them in charnel grounds and other places. The earth goddess is yellow, Similarly, the water goddess is white, The fire goddess is red, The wind goddess is green, Thus, all matters are quickly accomplished. Or, the place of the wheel is as follows: Water is the wheel of the abdomen, It is said to be done in the abdomen. Fire is the wheel of the life force, It is said to be done in the life force. Wind is the wheel of the feet, It is said to be done in the feet. Earth is the wheel of the flesh, It is said to be done in the flesh. If one acts in this way, All matters are accomplished without hindrance. If signs of accomplishment appear, With seven, three, twenty-one (days), One will surely kill the enemy. Thus concludes the thirty-seventh chapter, the Fierce Wheel, from the Tantra of the Glorious Goddess Remati, the Secret Black Meat Eater. Then, the true Dharma should be explained, The yogi who has perfected all matters, Should clarify the wisdom of samadhi, On the supreme and fierce ground, The harmful and malicious enemies and obstacles.
