In that place of the great fierce, terrifying, blazing great charnel ground, in the place where extremely terrifying sounds and violence arise, in the place of all the mothers, rakshasas, and corpses, in that place, the wisdom mothers and the assembly of mothers arising from wisdom, and all the assemblies of emanations, and the chief of all the karma mothers, all the one-haired mothers, and all the wrathful mothers, and all the servant girls of the wrathful mothers, and all the messenger girls of the wrathful mothers' commands, and all the emanations of the wrathful mothers' hearts, and all the karma rakshasas of the wrathful mothers, and all the worldly wrathful mothers, and the great burning mother of wrath, and the retinues of those, the great assemblies of karma rakshasas, and the great yellow assemblies of karma rakshasas, and the red assemblies, and the blue assemblies, and the purple assemblies, and the subtle assemblies, and so forth, inconceivable, dwelling in the respective colors, shapes, and signs, and so forth. 权摄黑母，调伏诸敌等，恒常瑜伽具意义，如是作教敕。此后，如是之天女，向薄伽梵作礼绕行后，散花如是请问：嗟！嘿！嘿！薄伽梵，此凶猛暴恶之罗刹女，如何能由真实具义得安乐之方便生出？如是请问时，作是教敕：凶猛暴恶不驯蕾玛帝，往昔汝自身如何，依教敕而速成办，非如是之果，乃由因缘业所成。如是说。吉祥天女蕾玛帝秘密黑忿怒母续，开端品第一。此后，金刚持请问：薄伽梵，此天女蕾玛帝，有何殷重成办之方便？薄伽梵作是教敕：如何天女蕾玛帝，如是真实请问义，金刚持汝甚稀有，决定语者善持于意。为调伏无余诸恶毒，陈设殷重黑母之修法，为调伏彼者之故，善妙生起地之坛城，一发之明妃者，青黑色一面二臂者，以田等尸林之物等，作为一发庄严之服饰，最胜之发髻具鬈发，以海螺之发髻严饰于头顶，于右持三尖卡杖嘎，于左持血颅器，于前方生起一髻母（eka ja ti，एकाजटि，ekā jaṭi，独髻），白色大哈尔定，黄色敦定，红色香定，黑色成就定，安立于四方。于前方如是作运，名为灌顶坛城。生起彼者后迎请，作供养赞颂事业等后，何时成就之时，则圆满誓句，未成就之间则生起明咒。瓦吉拉 诶嘿亚嘿 诶嘎匝德 贝哟。匝 吽 棒 霍。瓦夏 萨玛亚。如鲁 如鲁。贝哟 贝哟 贝哟 贝哟。玛 萨玛亚。诶嘎匝瓦德。瓦夏 如鲁 萨玛 帕 匝 巴嘿。玛玛 如鲁 贝哟。如鲁 惹摩 贝哟。泽达 拉 敦 贝哟 玛哈 玛 萨拉 卡嘿。如是说。诶嘎匝德 格由 悉地 萨玛亚 达玛 达玛。如鲁 如鲁 扎 扎 玛 贝哟 敦 贝哟 吽。颅骨如火燃烧，光明闪耀聚集虚空之中，权势之母一髻母。

In order to subdue all evil poisons, set up the diligent practice of the Black Mother, in order to subdue that one, excellently generate the mandala of the base, the consort with one braid, blue-black, with one face and two arms, with fields and charnel ground items, make the one braid a beautiful garment, the most excellent hair knot has curls, adorn the head with a conch shell hair knot, in the right hand she holds a three-pointed khatvanga, in the left hand she holds a blood-filled skull cup, in front generate Ekajati (eka ja ti，एकाजटि，ekā jaṭi，One Braid), white great Harting, yellow Dunting, red Shanting, black Grubting, arrange in the four directions.
