སྒྲུབ་པའི་དུས་སུ་གནས་སུ་བསྟབ་བྱས་ན།། དམ་སྐོང་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཆེན་པོ་མཛད་དུ གསོལ།། དཀར་མོ་གཤོག་ཐོགས་ནམ་མཁར་འཕུར་པའི་ཚོགས། བརྩོན་འགྲུས་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ཕྱི་བཤོལ་མི་མངའ་བས།། འགྲོ་དྲུག་ཐུགས་རྗེས་གནས་ནས་དྲང་དུ་གསོལ།། སེམས་ཅན་ལས་ཀྱི་བག་ཆགས་དབང གིས་ན།། དམ་ཚིག་ཆེན་པོའི་བསྐང་བཟློག་འདི་བྱས་པས།། སྲིད་པའི་དགྲ་ལྟས་ངན་པ་བཟློག་ཏུ་གསོལ།། སྲིད་པ་མཚོ་བཞི་ལས། དཀར་མོའི་མདོས་ཀྱི་སྐོང། བྱ་ལུང་ལས་ཀྱི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལས། དཀར་མོའི་མདོས བསྟན་པའི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་བཞི་པའོ།།།། ཕྲ་མེན་རྒྱ་མཚོས་ཡང་གསོལ་པ།། ནག་མོའི་རིམ་པ་གང་ལགས་པ།། རྫོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་བདག་ཉན་འཚལ།། སྤྱི་དཔལ་ཆེན་པོས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ།། ཧཱུྂ། ཡུམ་གྱི་ཐུགས མཆོག་འབར་བ་ལས།། གསེར་ཀྱི་ཐིག་ལེ་གྲུ་གསུམ་ནས།། བཙོ་མ་གསེར་གྱི་སླག་པ་ལ།། རྡོ་རྗེ་ཧ་ཡི་ཕྲེང་བས་བརྒྱན།། ཐུགས་ལས་ཡེ་ཤེས་འོད་གསལ་མ། ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་བ་ནི།། ལྕགས་སྒོང་ནག་པོ འབར་བ་ལ།། གཡུ་ཡི་ཐིག་ཕྲན་འབར་བ་འཕྲོས།། ཡུམ་གྱི་ཐུགས་ལས་སྤྲུལ་པ་སྟེ།། མཐོ་ཡང་དེ་ནི་མི་མཐོ་སྟེ།། རི་རབ་ཀྱི་ནི་ཟོམ་ལས་འཕར།། དམའ་ཡང་དེ་ནི་མི་དམའ་སྟེ།། རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོའི་གཏིང་ནས ཉུལ།། སྒོ་ང་རང་གིས་རང་བརྡོལ་བས།། ཤ་ཟན་མཆུ་གུག་རིགས་སུ་བྱུང།། བྱ་ཆེན་འདི་ཡི་དཔྲལ་བ་ནི།། རི་རབ་འབུམ་པའི་གཏོས་དང་མཉམ།། དབུ་ལ་གཡུ་ཡི་ར་འབར་བ།། ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་ཀྱི་མཐོངས་སུ སླེབས།ཁ་ཡིས་ཀླུ་བདུད་དྲེགས་པ་ནི།། འོག་གི་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་གཏིང་ནས་འདྲེན།། མིག་ནི་ཉི་ཟླ་འབར་བ་སྟེ།། ཀླུ་བརྒྱད་ཟིལ་གྱིས་གནོན་པར་བྱེད། ཁ་ནས་མེ་འབར་རྒྱ་མཚོ་སྐེམས།། སེམས་ནི་ཆགས་སྡང་ལྔ་དང་ ལྡན།། སྡེར་མོ་གཡུ་སྡེར་འབར་བ་ཡིས།། ཆུ་སྲིན་ནག་པོའི་སྙིང་ནས་འདྲེན། ཁ་རླངས་ན་བུན་བཞིན་དུ་ཆགས།། དུང་གི་གཤོག་འདབ་འབར་བར་བ་ལས།། གཡུ་ཡི་གཤོག་རྩེ་ཟེར་འཕྲོ་བས།། ཐགས་བཟངས རིས་ཀྱི་མགོ་བོ་གཅོད།། གཡས་ཀྱི་གཤོག་པ་བརྐྱང་བ་ཡིས།། ལྷ་ཡི་དབང་པོའི་གནས་ལ་ཁྱབ།། གཡོན་གྱི་གཤོག་པ་རླབས་པ་ཡིས།། གསེར་གྱི་ས་གཞི་འབར་བ་གཤོག། ལྟོ་ནས་འབྲུག་སྔོན འབར་བ་འཁྲུག་ཁ་ནས་གློག་འཁྱུག་ལྗིབས་སེ་ལྗིབ།། ལྕེ་ཡི་རྩེ་ལས་ཐོག་ཆེན་འབེབས།། མིག་ནས་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་སེར་ཆེན་འབེབས།། སྣ་ནས་བུ་ཡུག་ཚུབ་མར་འཚུབས། ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཙིཏྟ་འབར་བ་ནས།། ཟུར་ཕུད་ལྔ པའི་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་འགྱེད།། མཁལ་མ་ཨག་ནི་དེ་བ་སྟེ།། མཆིན་པ་རོ་གླིང་ཆེན་པོ་ལ།། མཁྲིས་པ་གསོད་

修法之时若于处所安住，祈请成办圆满誓言之大事业。白羽携翼空中飞翔之众，因您精进至极，无有延缓，祈请以慈悲心从处所迎请六道众生。众生为业力习气所牵，因此行此大誓言之圆满及遮止，祈请遮止世间之敌及恶兆。从有海四者中，圆满白尊之食子。从鸟龙业之海中，白尊食子教法之第四品。法门海亦复祈请，黑尊之次第为何？我欲于圆满佛处听闻。总护大尊开示曰： 吽 (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)！ 从母之殊胜心间燃起，从黄金之三角明点中，于纯金之衣衫上，以金刚哈字之鬘庄严。从心间生出智慧光明母，您之意誓圆满者乃是，于燃烧之黑铁蛋中，放射出闪耀之绿松石微光。乃是从母之心中所化现，虽高却非真高，超越须弥山之顶峰。虽低却非真低，于大海之深处游走。蛋自身破裂，成为食肉弯喙之族类。此大鸟之前额，与十万须弥山之广袤相等。头顶燃烧着绿松石之角，抵达虚空之界限。口中引来龙魔傲慢者，从下方大海之深处。眼如日月般燃烧，压伏八龙。口中火焰燃烧，烧干大海。心怀五毒贪嗔痴慢妒。以燃烧之绿松石利爪，取出黑色摩羯鱼之心。口中呼气如雾般凝结。从燃烧之海螺翅膀上，绿松石之翼尖放射光芒，斩断织女星之头颅。右翼伸展，遍布天神之主居所。左翼扇动，扇动燃烧之金地。腹中青龙燃烧翻腾，口中闪电交加，沉重而沉重。舌尖降下大冰雹。眼中降下钢铁之大冰雹。鼻中暴风雪猛烈肆虐。从您燃烧之心间，散发五髻童子之神变。肾脏乃是阿耆尼天神，肝脏乃是大尸陀林，胆囊乃是杀

When abiding in a place during practice, I pray that you accomplish the great task of fulfilling vows. The assembly of white-winged beings flying in the sky, Because you have perfected diligence and have no delays, I pray that you compassionately invite the six realms from their places. Beings are driven by the power of karmic imprints, Therefore, by performing this fulfillment and reversal of great vows, I pray that you avert worldly enemies and bad omens. From the four existences of the ocean, fulfill the torma of the White One. From the ocean of bird-dragon karma, the fourth chapter on the teachings of the White One's torma. The Fra Men sea also prays, What is the order of the Black One? I wish to hear it from the perfectly enlightened Buddha. The Great Lord of Glory spoke: Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)! From the blazing supreme heart of the Mother, From the triangular bindu of gold, On the pure gold garment, Adorned with a garland of Vajra Ha syllables. From the heart arises the Wisdom Light Mother, The fulfillment of your heart vow is, In the burning black iron egg, Sparks of turquoise brilliance radiate. It is an emanation from the Mother's heart, Though high, it is not truly high, Surpassing the peak of Mount Meru. Though low, it is not truly low, Wandering in the depths of the great ocean. The egg bursts open by itself, Becoming a lineage of flesh-eating, hooked-beaked creatures. The forehead of this great bird, Is equal in size to a hundred thousand Mount Merus. On its head, a burning turquoise horn, Reaching the expanse of the sky's realm. From its mouth, it draws the arrogant dragon demons, From the depths of the ocean below. The eyes are like the sun and moon blazing, Subduing the eight nagas with their power. From its mouth, fire blazes, drying up the ocean. The mind is possessed of the five poisons of attachment, anger, ignorance, pride, and jealousy. With burning turquoise claws, It extracts the heart of the black makara. The breath from its mouth condenses like mist. From the burning conch shell wings, Turquoise wingtips radiate light, Severing the head of the Pleiades. With its right wing outstretched, It pervades the abode of the lord of the gods. With its left wing flapping, It stirs the burning golden earth. From its belly, blue dragons blaze and churn, Lightning flashes from its mouth, heavy and heavy. From the tip of its tongue, it drops great hailstones. From its eyes, it drops great iron hailstones. From its nose, a blizzard rages fiercely. From your blazing citta, It emanates the magic of the five-crested child. The kidneys are Agni Deva, The liver is the great charnel ground, The gallbladder is killing.
