From the center of the sky, great clouds burst, and the essence as large as a calf drips onto the ground. Variegated conch eggs blaze in the ocean, and tender branches are struck by the wind on the earth. The wondrous spectacle of chaotic planets and stars is at the pinnacle of an ornate vessel. Is it not a bellows made of silk? Therefore, perform the ritual to avert evil omens. From the 'Four Oceans of Existence,' the second chapter on how evil omens arise. Phra Men Gyatso again requested, 'What is the order of the rituals?' I beseech the Perfectly Enlightened One to listen. The Perfectly Enlightened One spoke: 'In purifying the wheel of the earth, the foundation below is the carapace of a turtle, the golden wheel has eight spokes, the four continents surround it, possessing subcontinents, the edge is a black iron mountain, adorned with a pavement of five jewels, on the eight spokes draw eight nagas, with the flour of five grains, knead eight nagas' footprints, the tips of the footprints pointing outwards, the eight footprints are raised by the outermost tier, in the palace at the center of the tier, in the center is the great Earth-Holding Goddess, surrounded by fifty-five women, supported by four vajra pillars. Above that is the middle tier, in the center is Phra Men Gyatso, surrounded by seventeen female attendants, supported by four vajra pillars. Above that is the third tier, made in the shape of five vases, what is placed in the center of the interior is, in the center is the Queen of Existence, the seven mothers of space and the mother of the five elements, possessing twelve correct mandalas, the corners and limbs are eight great naga mothers. First, on thirteen conch eggs, draw mouths and eyes with vermilion, right on the central vase. The torma offerings and Phra Men vessels, the first vessel is placed around, erect thirteen white banners. In the palace of the heart's tier, place eighteen black iron eggs, erect eighteen black banners, surround with torma offerings. In the palace of the merit tier, place fifty-six variegated conch eggs, likewise erect yellow banners, display the adorned tormas. Four limbs and four bhagas, eight eggs and eight banners, likewise place in their respective positions. From her left shoulder, She churns the ocean like yogurt. With blazing turquoise claws, She draws the six realms from their places. With forty-two wings on the right, She plays as forty-two Buddhas. With sixty-eight wings on the left, She plays as sixty-eight Mamos. Fulfillment, fulfilling the oath of the queen of existence. Humans have no existence, Birds have existence.
