For the enemy of the sacred Dharma, bring down the ominous black bird. First catch the black bird, give the twelve powers in order. Then let the Dakini descend on the bird. When the bird's eye sockets become fierce, make a sound and flap its wings, this is a sign that the Dakini has descended. Make inner and outer offerings. Fully show the nine hand seals, give empowerment and vows. Then recite the mantra that drives the Dakini, burn the vow object that drives the action. Release the bird with this mantra. After being asked this, glorious Vajrapani replied: In the final five hundred, when it burns like fire, listen as I explain the means of destroying deterioration. First, when a yogi practicing the dakini's fire tongue engages in the activity of killing at the appropriate time, first perform the approach retreat before signs appear. Offer tormas, perform fire offerings, pacifying, and increasing activities. On food, earth, footprints, urine, and hair, write the name on the heart of the one to be killed. Place it inside a torma of poison and nectar. Then, invoke and propitiate the seven mothers for seven days. Burn the samaya substances for invoking the essential points. Invoke the essential points and recite the mantra for the activity. In meditation, between the blood-drinking demonesses, draw with the rays of light from the heart, and demonstrate the means of drawing nectar. With the power of clear appearance, accomplishment, and common inversion, draw the secret nectar into the mouths of the demonesses. Scatter the red and white essence of the heart into the tube of the lotus. In my own body, the auspicious mark of the heart grows. After that, the meditation on extinguishing the lamp is: Gathered from the four directions, in the center, light blazes forth from narī (藏文，梵文天城体，narī，woman). On the clear appearance of oneself as the nature of a demoness, ignite the lamp from its depths with the wind of joy. Extinguish the lamp slightly with the wind of blowing. Draw it to the tip of the bindu with the wind of attraction. The first time it loses its luster, the second time it diminishes by one-third. The third time it diminishes by half, the fourth time it loses two-thirds. The fifth time, like a dark room, it appears clearly to me. The lamp can attain the lifespan of nectar. After that, place the enemy's image into a black effigy. In the fire offering pit, surround the entrails with pegs. The black corpse-eater has flames blazing in its mouth. The compassionate king of the mother demons.
