Gods and non-gods, humans and sky-goers, Obstacles, lords of death, and all the mothers, Flesh-eaters, hungry ghosts, and গন্ধর্বs, Demons, pot-bellied ones, demons, or humans, Mantra holders, yogis, and yakshas, Listen well, all of you, my retinue! I have perfectly accomplished the vajra samadhi, I have found the mudra that destroys signs, I have conquered the demons who commonly appear, I have established all beings in virtue through compassion, I act in all ways with skillful means and wisdom, I have spoken this secret tantra of the vajra dakinis, This uncommon, blazing flame, The basis of wondrous, supreme methods and sacred accomplishments, I have spoken and entrusted it to you. Entrust it to those who are fortunate, have faith, and diligence, Entrust it to those who are inclined to compassion and have great dignity, Entrust it to those who understand the meaning of the two truths and have steadfast joy, Entrust it to all who are capable of retaining and are worthy vessels. Keep it secret from the inferior, small-minded shravakas, Keep it secret from the heretics who wander to the extremes of wrong views, Keep it secret from the stubborn, ignorant, and those who slander, Keep it secret from those who are faithless and have abandoned compassion, Keep it secret from those who are ignorant, deluded, and lazy. Thus he spoke, and Hundred Thousand Indra took it upon his head. The twenty-first chapter, entrusting to the retinue, is complete. If you make offerings, always make offerings to the five Buddha families; if you protect, protect the twenty-eight vows; if enemies arise, transform the Black Goddess into weapons; if it is only a small fault or quarrel, do not use weapons; if my treasury is destroyed, transform into weapons; if someone reviles the dignity of the Three Jewels, transform into weapons; if the Buddha's teachings decline, transform into weapons; if the enemies of the Three Jewels prosper, transform into weapons.
