And also, Mamo, your belly, Not realizing due to the karma of ignorance, The Mamo of desire is contrary to your heart. The diseases of the three realms are mad and dispelled. With great madness and dispelling, turn the mouth, And dispel even a single pebble method there. From the navel of you, Mamo, Great hatred blazes like fire. Because it burns like fire, the essence is burned. With the fire of hatred of the ignorant and foolish, The Mamo of desire scolds. The suffering of the diseases of the three realms blazes. Turn away the diseases and divert the evil. From the navel of your body, Mamo, Attachment to samsara pours out like water. Attachment manifests as a bird, Not realizing and being foolish, the root vows are broken. The Mamo of desire is contrary to your heart. Now dispel the diseases of the three realms. Turn away the evil and change the direction. Even the hell beings cling to life. Mamo, do you not cling to the vows? Even the pretas are possessed by spirits.
