Then, the mantra for putting in the Tsa-Tsa. Recite three times, thinking of the union of method and wisdom, accomplished in the Dharmadhatu. This is its mantra: Om Amrita Ayushe Svaha. Then, the mantra for making Tsa-Tsa. Recite until it is finished. Om Trayatte Sarva Tathagato Hridaya Garbhe Jvala Dharma Dhatu Garbhe Sangharana Ayuna Samshodhaya Papam Sarva Tathagatas Manto Vimala Vishuddhe Svaha. The mantra for offering butter and sesame oil. Think of being free from the dust of afflictions and attaining enlightenment. Om Araje Viraje Svaha. The mantra for putting it into the Kolphor. Method and wisdom combined, abiding in the Dharmadhatu. Om Dhatu Garbhe Svaha. The mantra for slamming the Kolphor on the ground. Thinking that the stupa is completed, benefiting sentient beings. Om Dhara Marate Vajra Mudgara Akotaya Hum. Then, the mantra for taking out the stupa. Think of it as a pure crystal ball. Om Vajra Dharo Prava Ya Svaha. When the causal dharmas are complete, the Rupakaya has two aspects. When the resultant dharmas are complete, it is blessed as the Dharmakaya. Om Sarva Tathagata Nirmakaya Samaya Tvam. Om Sarva Tathagata Sambhogakaya Samaya Tvam. Om Sarva Tathagata Dharmakaya Maha Sukha Vajra Suta Samaya Tvam. Then, by placing the life-tree, think that it becomes indestructible and stable. Om Vajra Ayushe Svaha. By placing the thirteen wheels, the earth becomes thirteen levels. Om Pra Marndha Naya Svaha. By attaching the silk crest-jewel, accomplish the union of method and wisdom. Om Pataka Lamba Svaha. By hoisting various banners, proclaim the good name of the Dharma to sentient beings. Om Pataka Svaha. By erecting the Makara banner, conquer the four maras and uphold samsara. Om Kumbhira Raja Svaha. With the umbrella, may all sentient beings be endowed with unsurpassed protection. Om Praha Mata Naya Svaha. The mantra that is fully endowed with names and signs, and that is inexhaustible to behold: namaḥ striya te dhanugataye, pratīta śrusa-geta-beta, tathāgatāya, arhate samyaksaṃbuddhāya, tadyathā puṣṭi svāhā. The mantra for offering all seats: precious sun, moon, sentient lotus. Oṃ sundhari jaya svāhā. The mantra for going to the palace: Oṃ dara dara kuṭa karajaye svāhā. In the precious palace, the Dharma palace, please be seated on the sun, moon, and precious cushions. Oṃ supratiṣṭha vajraye svāhā. There, may all empowerments be fully bestowed and abide. Oṃ vajradhātuśvari adhiṣṭhite abhiṣiñca mām. Body, speech, mind, and qualities, may they be thought of as the vajra of activity itself. Oṃ sarva tathāgata kāyavakkacitta mahāsamaya stvaṃ. Oṃ sarva tathāgata guṇakarma mahāsamaya stvaṃ. Then, may all kinds of offerings be completely and pleasingly offered. Oṃ vajra amṛte argha mā pratīccha svāhā. Oṃ vajra dhūpe svāhā. Oṃ vajra puṣpe svāhā. Oṃ vajra āloke svāhā. Oṃ vajra gandhe svāhā. Oṃ balinta tejo balinta svāhā. Thus it is said. Relic. From the Tantra of the Burning Stupa, the third chapter is the essential instruction on the method of erecting a stupa. Then, the Bhagavan, Lord of Secrets, spoke these sequences of common stupa activities. Realizing the wisdom body that manifests the Dharmadhatu, accomplishing the benefit of beings through body, speech, and mind, taming whatever needs to be tamed with compassion, fulfilling wishes as desired, please invite all Buddhas of the ten directions to come. Eliminating the poison of afflictions, the source of qualities, the twelve scriptures, the teachings of the Victorious One on the noble path, the Bhagavan Prajñāpāramitā and so on, please invite the pure Dharma of the pure realm to come. The nature of the Dharmakaya image, the mind of enlightenment, the eight great stupas that tame the four continents, the field of merit and the leader of guiding beings, please invite all relics and remains to come. Realizing the great bodhisattvas of the ten bhumis, adorning themselves with the armor of diligence through love and compassion, accomplishing the benefit of beings through wisdom and means, please invite all bodhisattvas to come. Realizing the meaning of the four truths, abandoning the faults of wrong views, pure in discipline.
