Before the absence of attachment, There was not even the name of Buddha. The great desire is my mind. Before the absence of hatred, There was not even the name of Buddha. The great hatred is my mind. Before the absence of pride, There was not even the name of Buddha. The great pride is my mind. Before the absence of jealousy, There was not even the name of Buddha. The great jealousy is my mind. Since afflictions do not arise from me, There is no complete Buddha from elsewhere. Therefore, to the king of the five poisons of the mind, Act as the king of Samantabhadra's wisdom. Because the fruit of skillful means is a great mind, The victorious ones praise the mind as skillful means. For the king of the basis of all, the mind, Which is without self and separate from self, The fruit of liberation, the meaning, appears, The noble path will surely become enlightened, The command of the great self, the victorious one. There is no object of focus on the non-object, And there is no object of focus on the object. In the certainty of the objectless mind, The true secret treasury is shown in three ways. The lama of arising is the great lama, The supreme teacher of all arising. Completely abiding in all appearances, I myself am the enjoyment of skillful means, Since there is no cause for attachment to anything, In the wisdom without grasping attachment, Maintain the connection with the compassion of skillful means. All phenomena arise from the mind, Listen to the scriptures taught by the mind. The Buddhas of the ten directions are my mind, The outer and inner containers and contents are my mind. The directions and appearances are my mind, The outer and inner are also my mind. The heavens and hells are my mind. To the Buddha Samantabhadra of the mind, Listen to the emanations, the Buddhas of the ten directions. If there is no cause for me to show myself, Whose dharma is this grasping and conceptualizing dharma? If I have no directions or distinctions, Whose dharma is this outer and inner? If there is no cause and effect in reality, Whose dharma is good and bad? If there is no unconditioned mind, From where do the five colors arise? From whom do good and bad, big and small, arise? Who speaks of the feeling of happiness and suffering? To whom do directions and boundaries belong? This deluded mind is completely deluded, This ignorant mind is completely deluded, This conceptual mind is completely dangerous. In all the phenomena that appear, After my mind has dominated, Where is the master stronger? If Buddhas and sentient beings are the mind, Where is the mind greater? The nature of reality beyond grasping and conceptualization,

The greatness of mind lies in that. The fruit without acceptance or rejection is: The greatness of mind lies in its inherent existence. This cannot be sought with causes. Cause and effect cannot be purified in this. It is inherently clear like the sky. What cause is there for fabrication of grasping and thought? If you wish to seek Dharma and Buddha, Seek it in this greatness of mind. From the Tantra of the Self-Abiding Nature in the Greatness of Samantabhadra, the seventh chapter: The Greatness of Mind from the Beginning. Then, this greatness of the Dharma-nature from the beginning was taught. Samantabhadra, my Dharma, Is the teaching of vast play: However it appears, that is my Dharma. Before the absence of inherent existence, Even the name of Dharma-nature did not exist. Who is the person, the yogi? Who desires the fruit of Dharma-nature? It should be sought through the absence of inherent existence. In the nature of mind, If great thoughts are developed upon it, That is the activity of the greatness of Dharma-nature. In the truly determined Dharma-nature, The greatness of Dharma-nature is without end. The greatness of Dharma-nature is without good or bad. The greatness of Dharma-nature is without beginning or middle. The greatness of Dharma-nature is without inside or outside. The greatness of Dharma-nature is without above or below. The greatness of Dharma-nature is without partiality. The greatness of Dharma-nature is without acceptance or rejection. The greatness of Dharma-nature is without existence or non-existence. It is not non-existence, but pervades extensively. Although it pervades extensively, it is not substantial. Whoever knows such characteristics, That is the greatness of Dharma-nature. Before the absence of Dharma-nature, Even the names of Buddha and sentient beings did not exist. From the blessing of the greatness of Dharma-nature, However it appears, it appears as such. However it is, it is as such. It is also truly and infallibly taught. Among those and other Dharmas, Among the Dharmas, there are no Dharmas. Whoever grasps a subtle part of inherent existence, For the one who grasps, there is no Dharma, For that one, there is no fruit of Dharma. What is the fruit of Dharma? It is the meaning of awareness, These are they. Great wisdom does not exist. If there is self-appearance in the greatness of greatness, One plays in the supreme king of skillful means. Everything is produced by the five elements. If the meaning of the greatness of the elements is realized, One accomplishes the victorious ones of all greatness. The magical power of greatness shows everything. From the blessing of the skillful means of self-nature, With various transformations of the five elements, On the cataract of ignorance and thought, Destroying the separation of "I" and "self". Eliminating the view of partiality and factions. Liberating the abiding of grasping and thought of characteristics. Placing on the path of profound secret certainty. Lib
