The five families of Heruka Buddhas arising from... reside in the secret lotus of the lower body, in a state of semi-concealment, from which the four births and six realms each emerge. The methods of taming each family are also tamed there. Of the four hands, the first two on the right and left grasp the heart veins of the two with sun and moon skull garlands, the chief of the fourteen servant girls, the Worldly Blissful One. The last two on the right and left grasp the heart veins of the two Wrathful Great Sovereigns. The two hidden hands manifest the enjoyment of the five kinds of nectar. The eight feet trample the hearts of the four mothers of space and the four joyful groups of the heart. The central face, with its three eyes glancing sideways from the cleft of the forehead, causes the servant girls of the fourteen mothers, such as the World-Creating Mother, Shanshan Niu, and Ekajati, to tremble. The central face, striking the throat sound, extracts the heart veins of all the worldly mothers, such as Heruka Sni. Thus, the mothers are also subdued. The central face makes the sky sway, and is thus perfected. The chief mother of the three realms is also perfected there. The secret lotus of the body can also be called the space of the mother's great bliss. Taking the essence of all consciousnesses, it can also be called the Perfection of Wisdom. The body dwells in the great eternal Yungdrung, and can also be called birth, death, and passing. There is no suffering there, so it can also be called Nirvana. Such a one has no acceptance or rejection, so it can also be called Samantabhadri. The five elements are perfected in the body, so it can also be called the Queen of the Elements. The four times dawn in space, so it can also be called the Mother of Equal Times. The face of the upper body manifests the Buddhas of the five families, and the lower body merges with the secret lotus that arises, so it can also be called the Mother of the Family. From the two hidden hands, the enjoyment of the five kinds of nectar is manifested, so it can also be called the Queen of Nectar. All phenomena are determined, so it can also be called the Queen of Existence. One body has nine names, so it can also be called the Nine-Named Mother. The essence that flows from her heart is: Nyid Zhi Ma.

U kha lei tro shwa ri bha ga padma rya de klong 'dus na snying dzaḥ(藏文,梵文天城体:जः,梵文罗马转写:jaḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) sha yu ti hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马转写:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)bhyo bhyo. Furthermore, the term "Ma Mo" means: Ma is the mother of all victors. Mo is the mother of all existence. Ma is the realm without birth. Mo is the expanse without cessation. Ma is the supreme method, the non-conceptual space. Mo is the wisdom, the unattached expanse. Such a great mother has five Buddha families arising from her upper body, and five daughters who perform the union of the bhaga of her lower body. One is the eternal queen Namnang Sal, whose body color is white, with crystal hair. Her secret space is coiled in a crystal gau, reveling in the method of non-attachment. One is the eternal queen Od Salwa Bar, whose body color is blue, with jeweled braids. Her secret space is coiled in a jeweled gau, reveling in the method of non-acceptance. One is the eternal queen Nyen Salma, whose body color is red, with coral hair. Her secret space is coiled in a coral gau, reveling in the method of non-duality. One is the eternal queen Yang Sal Yö, whose body color is green, with vajra braids. Her secret space is coiled in a vajra gau, reveling in the method of accomplishment. One is the eternal queen Trak Sal Nyam, whose body color changes in various ways, with turquoise braids. Her secret space is coiled in a turquoise gau, reveling in the method of relying on non-duality. These five are called the four spaces and the fifth dimension. This is also what is meant by the five mothers of the families. These five also have power over sentient beings who descend from great times. These five are also the mistresses of life. The essence that draws from the life force is: Gri Sawa Mum Hūṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马转写:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) Ha. Dzwala Para Ram Ha. Bhirsha Siddha Ha. Bhi Yam Yam Te Ha. Maha Lam Te Ha. Thus, meditating on oneself is: First, meditate clearly on the samadhi of suchness. From the heart, from a single white letter Oṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马转写:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), the palace of the five wisdoms, in the center of the all-pervading expanse like the dharmadhatu, enter into the unsurpassed samadhi of oneself. In the heart, from Mukha Lei, meditate on the queen of the assembly of wisdoms. In the right eye, from Ha, meditate on the dakini Namnang Sal. In the left eye, from Ha, meditate on the dakini Od Sal Bar. In the right ear, from Ha, the dakini
