Sew with large tendons. Affix the name, lineage, and blue-red linga. Place it inside the heart. Draw the thread from within the life vein. Drive in the iron stake and meditate on malice. Hollow out a hole on the skull. Recite mustard seed mantras into the hole with an iron knife. Wrap the corpse in dark blue silk. Together with the seal, bind the blue-red object. First accomplish the essence of life. Combine symbols and apply them to the task. Pour mustard seeds and black mustard seeds into the mantra. Then shake the stake. Strike the heart without head or tail. Then, together with the heart and linga, Chop and recite mantras, placing them in the torma. Offer the torma to the sun of demons. If sent into the wind, it will become a stake. Thus it was said. The chapter on heart throwing, the tenth. The goddess who grants bliss again requested: Glorious, self-arisen great queen. How to first accomplish heart throwing? The self-arisen queen replied: One who wishes to accomplish heart throwing, Should place iron stakes on the mandala. In the center, place the joined bandha. Pour in the heart fragments cut by the knife woman. Press down on the pointed linga with the feet. Observe and draw out from the life vein. Adorn the tip of the triangle with a stake. Sew the citta with large tendon threads. Bind the skull with blue-red thread. Pour oil into the iron pores. Pour mustard seeds into the mantra. The citta will first appear. When the citta appears, Strike the heart with the iron stake. Then, together with the heart and linga, Place them in the torma and devour them. The activity is upright, guiding the nine withdrawals. Raise the torma and send it into the wind. Thus it was said. The chapter on the preliminary teaching of heart throwing, the eleventh. The goddess who grants bliss again requested: Glorious, self-arisen great queen. The mistress of heart throwing, please explain the qualities of poison throwing. The self-arisen queen replied: Its qualities, the poison throwing, In the skull of a very virulent leper, Add poison, blood, and a large amount of fat, Mix various poisons and blood. Add alcohol and pour it in. Seal the mouth with a crossed door ring. Accomplish the poison throwing with fierce poison mantras. Strike the ground. Think of being intoxicated by poison and dying. Thus it was said. The twelfth chapter, on teaching the poison offering. The goddess Delightful One again requested: "Glorious, spontaneously arisen Great Queen, please explain the poison offering." The spontaneously arisen Queen spoke: "If you wish to accomplish the poison offering, the mandala is triangular, in the shape of a stupa. Smear it with poison, great ashes, and charcoal. Draw skull rosaries, vajras, and horns, as well as offerings and so forth. In a skull of one who has died from poison, pour sandalwood poison, thorn-apple poison, dog poison, as well as goat poison, donkey poison, ash residue, black thorn-apple, dog's tongue, bile, hawk wine, and wild bee honey. On top, pierce the image, name, and bones with stakes and supreme phurbas. From the syllable Trak (藏文：ཏྲག་，梵文天城体：त्रक，梵文罗马拟音：traka，汉语字面意思：扎) generate the Black Matri. Invite her, seat her, make offerings, and praise her. From her mouth, she exhales a poison mist. Her poison hair covers the earth. In her hand, she holds a cup of poison. She intoxicates all sentient beings. Poison wolves emanate from her body. Poison matris are sent as messengers. Meditate in this way and recite the poison praises. If vomiting, diarrhea, swelling, smoke, radiance, and blazing fire appear, then the poison offering has been accomplished. Then, place the image, name, and bones in a triangle and strike them with the name. Recite the poison mantra, the malevolent mantra, the fierce mantra. Think of being intoxicated by poison and dying. Throw the remains in the direction of the enemy. Think that in all realms of the world, a poison mist is thickening. Everything is destroyed by poison." Thus she requested. The thirteenth chapter, on the occasion of accomplishing the poison offering. The goddess Delightful One again requested: "Glorious, spontaneously arisen Great Queen, please explain the malevolent deeds of the phurba offering." The spontaneously arisen Queen spoke: "Listen, goddess Delightful One. Accomplish the malevolent phurba offering in this way. The mandala is triangular, dark blue. In the center, dig a three-sided pit. Surround the edge with skull rosaries and flames. On an eight-finger-long iron phurba, meditate on the malevolent Black One. Attach the name, bones, image, and lingam to that phurba. Separate the deity with gugul incense. Empower the phurba, shape a three-sided pyramid.
