Having subdued and uplifted, treat her like a mother, but do not be authoritarian. In the realm of reality, unite with wisdom. In existence, now accomplish, treat her like a sentient being, do not despise. Treat her like a friend, now accomplish, treat her like a friend, do not be suspicious. Treat her like a lover, now accomplish, make her heart content. Treat her like a servant, now accomplish, treat her like a servant, do not be arrogant. In activities, make her obedient. Now, in the four directions of the mandala, place the corner empowerments. Perform confession and purification that night. The following night, to subdue the obstructing demons, request the construction of the activity Vajrakila mandala. The following night, complete it with a single sky garuda. The following night, avert with a single tsara. The following night, complete it with a single white and reddish vase. Within four days, with a single white vase, fulfill the intention of the white nine-headed mother. Then, with a black treasure eye, fulfill the intention of the sea goddesses and nagas. Then, invoke the deity, bathe the mothers with nectar water, adorn them with red bindus, tie a black thread on the little finger, tie a white thread on the middle finger. Then, invoke the deity and set boundaries. Then, praise the mustard seeds, and recite the heart mantra of the deity invocation on top of the general heart mantra. Add the syllable "Hūṃ" to the heart mantra of the superior. Because she is the mistress of nectar, recite the close retreat of nectar, completing one hundred and eight recitations of the nectar mantra.
