It is not composed of eleven. Thus, there are six continents and six supreme mountains, these are the measure of eighteen. The seventh is the eight continents without seas. From the sixteen thousand of that very subtle essence of these two, it becomes clear when the share of eighteen is obtained. This Mount Meru, in the part below Brahma, has eight thousand yojanas in all directions, and one in circumference, totaling sixteen thousand yojanas. Since the six continents and so on reside there, it is clear that the share of eighteen is obtained from the measure of sixteen thousand. Outside of that, there are twenty-five thousand. The round expanse of Jambudvipa is in the eight directions of all directions of Mount Meru. Outside of that, the salt sea has a measure of half a million in all directions. Similarly, the mandala of fire and the mandala of wind, and the holding of the three existences, are ultimately this measure. Thus, all directions of the Brahma realm become a measure of two hundred thousand yojanas. From the "Continuum of Existence," in the first chapter of the Sutra section of the "Continuum of the Vessel of Existence." Inside, the mandala of the chest on the body. The aggregates are the mandala of water. The arms are the mandala of fire. The edge of the hand where the law resides is the mandala of wind. Thus, this is the determination of the internal world realm. Because these four continents are different from the body, the eastern body is superior. The tree is the Jambu tree, and because the sound called Jambu arises, it is Jambudvipa. The cow is the enjoyer, so it enjoys the cow. The sign of one's own death is an unpleasant sound. The measure of the human body and the superior body of those people is sixteen cubits. The one who enjoys the cow is twelve cubits. The unpleasant sound is eight cubits. This continent is square. The essence of the world realm is destroyed into lumps. In the egg, one should know the length of the form. The formation of the world is the thirty-one of abiding and so on. That is, the realm of non-perception, non-non-perception, non-perception-non-non-perception, and the realm of not a little, not not a little, and the realm of infinite consciousness, and the realm of infinite space, and the formless realm.
