Then, the father, Manifest Enlightenment, requested the Great Mother Mukale: Men and women, and gods, as well as goddesses, rakshasa women, rakshasas, and so forth, those who are subdued by the father and mother, how the father subdues, I will speak of the formation and destruction of the world, how the mother subdues, you speak of the formation and destruction of the world. The Khale Mother instructed: Listen, Father, King of Manifest Enlightenment, the tantra I speak of with wisdom is the fearless lion's roar, overpowering ill omens such as foxes with its might. Seven iron dusts are one water dust, in the lower seven Wisdom Mothers. Seven water dusts are one earth dust, the first is considered the seven medicine women. Seven earth dusts are one sheep dust, the seventh is considered the second. Seven sheep dusts are one cow dust, the seventh is definitely the third. Seven cow dusts are one fire dust, the seventh is definitely the fourth.
